From my Google review: Provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They provided fair value for my trade in despite not being a prior customer and the vehicle I purchased was listed at a service from start to finish. They provided fair value for my trade in despite not being a prior customer and the vehicle I purchased was listed at a reasonable price. They provided a full carfax and were not pushy. Junehee did a great job and has been very good to work with. Edit: The above comment still stands with a caveat on buying a vehicle here and working with the finance department. I purchased a used vehicle mid-July 2021. October 5th, 2021 I was notified that my out of state registration was never sent in. Their policy is they don't refund late fees for out of state registration because they cannot help delays. I think, okay it will be a small fee. I call Porsche October 6th and again October 7th about the issue and was told they are checking it out and will let me know. October 16th I am in contact with Porsche again because I was told my plates are now at the dealership. I'm not sure what happened in the middle but I am now out $385 penalty for the tax bill being submitted late. I called them in December when I was notified of this outstanding penalty and they essentially said they will not help because of their late fee policy. After I was notified of the fee, the Illinois DMV shows the RUT-25 (tax form) was not even filed until October 6th. I'm not sure who is at fault between the dealer or whoever handles their out-of-state registrations. Maybe it is coincidence the tax form was filed the day I called them. More

Sales person Kody Wood was courteous, efficient and transparent throughout my short purchase-to-delivery process (with year-end holidays in between). Kody underpromised but overdelivered -on timing principally- in the currently difficult car market conditions. Would readily recommend Porsche Arlington. More

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my service experience. After booking my appointment online and entering all of my information about my vehicle, I showed extremely disappointed with my service experience. After booking my appointment online and entering all of my information about my vehicle, I showed up to drop my car off and was told they couldn't even find my appointment. That added an additional 10 minutes to my drop off while they obtained all the information and we discussed what needed to be done to the car (all previously filled out online). Contact from the service department with updates during the 3+ weeks they had my car was atrocious and I'd often go days without a call back or an update. Notably, they did not provide a loaner vehicle, so I was completely without a car for 3+ weeks. Make sure you check the prices of the parts they quote you as well as they were substantially over the Porsche MSRP for the part my vehicle needed and they flat out refused to price match or even honor the MSRP (which is their prerogative). More concerning though, I received my vehicle back with more issues than when I dropped it off. My hardwired radar detector used to turn on and off with my ignition, but after picking up the car, it now no longer does that and is only operable via the unit power button. Given that the car was in for a parking brake fault issue, I'm extremely confused as to why the radar detector wiring was even touched, but it's now a new expense I need to incur to have fixed since I can't get anyone from the dealership to respond to me. On top of that, the car requires a full paint correction as it was returned to me with hard water spots etched all over the car. It looks like one of their "detailers" tried to scrub those hard water spots out and in the process and scratched/micromarred the xxxx out of my paint in areas. Needless to say, I'm extremely unhappy that I now need a $1k+ paint correction and to spend even more to have the radar detector install that should have never been touched by your team corrected. I've responded to their service manager, Rudy Pacheo's post-service follow up text and email only to receive no response from the text, and to get a bounce back from the email saying it's not a good email address (which is comically laughable). I also followed up with my service advisor, Carter, via email several times over this and got absolutely no response, so this dealership could clearly care less after they have your money. I've owned several Porsches over my life and have had excellent service experiences from the majority of the Porsche dealerships I've worked with. Porsche Arlington is without a doubt the worst dealership I've ever worked with. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I certainly would never purchase a vehicle from, or take my car to this dealership for service again. CUSTOMER BEWARE! More
