I have been a customer of Porsche Annapolis for roughly five years. I enjoy Porsche vehicles because of their high quality, reliable and fun to drive. I choose to go to Porsche Annapolis because of the excellent service. Recently, I took my vehicle for its regularly schedule maintenance and Hugo Eilenberg guided me through process. He went through the work that would be completed, made sure a courtesy vehicle was ready and while the work was being complete I received updates (which include videos of the work). Once the work was completed he sent a notification. All of this done was with negligible impact to my day. Thank you Hugo, the staff that did the work on my vehicle and the Porsche Annapolis staff.
