He went through the work that would be completed, made sure a courtesy vehicle was ready and while the work was being complete I received updates (which include videos of the work). Once the work was completed he sent a notification. All of this done was with negligible impact to my day. Thank you Hugo, the staff that did the work on my vehicle and the Porsche Annapolis staff.
