Flawless experience - See Graeme Reeves, who is the best! I had signed up through a TrueCar service through my work credit union, and Graeme called me up the next day and asked me to come out to MA. Even though it was an hour away for me and I already had two relationships with Porsche dealerships closer to my area in VA, he told me they were family-owned and made me feel comfortable over the phone that he was going to treat me right and take care of me. He stayed two hours past closing time to help me pick out a car on their lot. We worked out a generous discount beyond what the TrueCar rate was, and I picked up my car the following Friday. I had a lot of apprehension and was putting off the car-buying process, and Graeme was there for me the whole way through and not only did I trust him wholeheartedly, I was quite entertained as well. :) I can't say enough about how he was very thorough through the whole experience, and I would not have bought a car that day or that particular car (which I do love) if it weren't for him. If I could afford to buy a car from him every year, I would! More

The purchase ag We purchased a slightly used certified Porsche Cayenne Turbo S from Porsche of Annapolis, and were very pleased with the experience. The purchase agreement, including a trade in, was formulated on-line and on the phone since we were from upstate NY state. We drove in from Upstate NY on Thursday, had a pleasant stay in Annapolis overnight and were on our way with a new car the next day well before noon. Graeme Reeves was a perfect gentleman and salesman, as were the managers. Would highly recommend shopping there! More

Amazing Service Department I purchased a Porsche Cayman from this dealership back in February simply because they had the vehicle in both the color and with the options I wanted I purchased a Porsche Cayman from this dealership back in February simply because they had the vehicle in both the color and with the options I wanted. Living in Silver Spring I never anticipated returning for service or any other need for my Porsche after my purchase was complete (heck, there is a Porsche dealer less than five miles from my house)…well, I was wrong. Within a week of purchasing my Cayman I had to bring it to the service team to correct a minor (again, very minor) issue. The service team was courteous, quick, and fixed the issue the first time. Last week, I brought my car to this dealership to have dual exhaust tips installed (and to pick up some other accessories that I conveniently ordered through Mitch Terwillinger via email about two weeks prior…I didn’t even have to talk to anyone on the phone). Hugo Eilenberg, the service advisor that assisted me on both occasions, made sure that I knew exactly what work was going to be performed, the estimate costs, and that I was completely satisfied with the work that was performed before I got back into my car to leave. When I was sitting with Hugo to pay my invoice I stated, “I become more impressed with your dealership every time I am here. Thank you.”…I meant that statement. I rarely take the time to write about a positive experience; however, the dealership’s great customer service is highly appreciated.
