Excellent work and customer service! Jamie and Porsche Annapolis worked with my insurance company to ensure the work was covered and repaired properly. I did not buy this Porsche from them, but they always treat me as though I did. I was previously going to another Porsche dealer for service and always had an excellent experience. I moved just far enough that they were a bit too inconvenient. I tried Porsche Annapolis, figuring that if they were "good enough" I would not make the 45 minute drive to the other dealer. I can say after three service experiences that I would not consider making the drive to go back to my previous dealer. Great job guys! More

Just moved to Annapolis from West Coast. Brought in my 2020 Macan S (purchased from Porsche Marin Mill Valley) for first service. Easily scheduled an appointment (Hugo). Was greeted on arrival and exp 2020 Macan S (purchased from Porsche Marin Mill Valley) for first service. Easily scheduled an appointment (Hugo). Was greeted on arrival and expected. Hugo inspected the car & noticed a minute windshield ding I was unaware of - advised his glass specialist would check if it was reparable (it was) or if new windshield needed (Ka-Ching). Good attention to detail. First service completed; I picked up the car as promised early pm. Dealership provided rides home & to the dealership. All professional, friendly and fully up to Porsche standards; especially impressive as dealership is operating out of temporary quarters and space is limited. Fully recommend! Patrick More
