Annapolis Porsche is great, they diagnosed my issue and corrected the problem fast. I own a 2008 911S and I love it. I have only 82,000 miles on the car and I plan to keep it indefinitely so maintenance is corrected the problem fast. I own a 2008 911S and I love it. We recently had our 2021 Cayenne in for a 20,000 mile maintenance and a recall notice we received. The service was exceptional and the recall notice was fully addressed including the replacement of two r maintenance and a recall notice we received. We had an excellent experience when we acquired the vehicle at the end of 2020. The service department was of equal quality. This is an top flight dealership. We recommend it without reservation. Unfortunately, I am unable to give this dealership a zero star since this is what’s truly deserved. I had a deal worked on a 2022 Porsche Taycan Turbo S but the car was sold to someone else without my knowle star since this is what’s truly deserved. I had a deal worked on a 2022 Porsche Taycan Turbo S but the car was sold to someone else without my knowledge. I initially worked directly with the General Sales Manager, followed by other dealership staff, because the General Sales Manager wasn’t readily available due to the General Sales Manager being offsite and away for business. I have text messages from the Salesperson and have emails from the Dealership on-hand confirming the deal numbers we agreed upon, and where the dealership came back with the final numbers. This was after a conversation I had with the General Sales Manager when I was able to reach the manager. Nonetheless, the dealership elected and proceeded to sell the 2022 Porsche Taycan Turbo S to someone else without my knowledge, and, after selling the car, someone I never worked with who mention they was a Brand Manager/Director called me to tell me the dealership rescinded my deal, but failed to state they sold the car to someone else. Porsche Annapolis failed to honor my deal despite numbers we both agreed upon and sold the car to someone else without my knowledge. This is completely unacceptable and actually surprising because we just purchased a brand new 2022 Porsche Panamera 4S E-Hybrid Executive vehicle from them within the past month. But they elected to sell the new 2022 Porsche Taycan Turbo S vehicle to someone else without my knowledge. Based on my experience and opinions shared herein, this completely contradicts Porsche Annapolis’ website statement that says “Porsche Annapolis in Annapolis, MD treats the needs of each individual customer with paramount concern. We know that you have high expectations, and as a car dealer we enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding those standards each and every time. Allow us to demonstrate our commitment to excellence.” I can only hope the Porsche Annapolis dealership Owner will respond to this review as if it was one of the 5-Star reviews posted, and, also seek to make amends to resolve the situation opposed to more added efforts to seek resolution via Porsche USA Corporate Headquarters and via Volkswagen Group of North America Headquarters. For this has truly been a horrendous, very poor and completely unacceptable customer experience and Porsche Annapolis should not have sold the 2022 Porsche Taycan Turbo S to another customer and rescind my deal without my knowledge. And the dealership now no longer has any 2022 Porsche Taycan S to sell me to honor or mimic the same deal we had. More
