I was very disappointed that I did not recieve an advance request for the approval of the cost of re-calibrating the sensors after my windshield replacement, that is, until it had already been performed. This dealership provided outstanding service when the cameras in our Macan GTS 2021 began to malfunction intermittently. Either all cameras worked or none worked. This made the problem difficult to di cameras in our Macan GTS 2021 began to malfunction intermittently. Either all cameras worked or none worked. This made the problem difficult to diagnose. However, the team at Porsche Annapolis figured it out. They had to replace a coax cable and a camera but when they returned the car to us everything was working as it should. Kudos to Jamie Wist, Rob Blizzard and the rest of the team! They described in detail what went wrong and how they fixed it. Beyond that, the car was returned to us after having been amazingly cleaned. Everyone was super friendly and courteous. What a great service experience! More
