I was very disappointed that I did not recieve an advance request for the approval of the cost of re-calibrating the sensors after my windshield replacement, that is, until it had already been performed. I was not made aware that I would have to file for the insurance reimbursement for that portion of the repair myself. I believe that somewhere along the way I was shifted to another Service Manager, Jamie Wist, who was place in the “Clean up” position, quite unfairly. More
