My wife and I arrived at Porcaro Mitsubishi on Saturday February 27th after driving 2 1/2 hours. My wife wanted a white Cadillac XT4, and after research at home, this dealership had EXACTLY what we were lo February 27th after driving 2 1/2 hours. I told Lennie the vehicle we were interested in. Lennie informed us that the sales manager had fallen on ice that morning and had taken the vehicle to get xrays. I asked Lennie how long until the vehicle would be back. He stated 2 hours, possibly more. He also stated that if we had another dealership to visit, that we should probably go and then come back. This was at 12:30pm and they closed at 5. I told Lennie that we drove 150 miles specifically for this vehicle. I asked Lennie if someone could take another vehicle to the sales manager and bring back the vehicle we were interested in. A few minutes later, Lennie tells us that he called the owner, and the owner told him that wasn't going to happen today and that we should come back another day. My wife and I could not believe it! My wife told Lennie that they just lost out on the sale of the Cadillac. Lennie's reply was, "maybe, who's to say you were going to buy it". My wife told him again, we drove 150 miles to purchase this vehicle. his response......sorry. Needless to say, my wife was devastated with disappointment. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect from a car dealership in my life. Unfortunately for Porcaro dealerships, this is the lasting impression for us. Heading back home, we stopped at Boucher Chevrolet/Cadillac just down the road from Porcaro's. We were treated with the utmost respect by EVERYONE at the dealership. A couple hours later, we drove home in a new vehicle from Boucher Chevy/Cadillac that cost $4,000 more than the vehicle we drove 150 miles to purchase from Porcaro. I guess Porcaro Mitsubishi isn't willing to put it's potential customers first. Thank you Lennie, for sending us to Boucher Chevrolet/Cadillac! More
