After over two years of searching, I found my truck at Porcaro. Salesman Chuck Rizzo was most helpful, answering all my questions without pressuring me. My husband dropped off his F150 at this dealership to be serviced for power steering. Upon the completion and return of his vehicle he noticed a hubcap was missing. When questioned the service department “reviewed” the tape of a time stamped frame instead the actual footage of him driving onto the lot. We were told that the center cap was missing although the service director never answered the question about the footage of him actually driving onto the lot. Apparently great customer service has definitely gone out the window with covid because when I informed the director that I would be leaving an honest review she became super defensive and irate. As a small business owner I am appalled at the unprofessional behavior of admin. The customer must not be right…after payment. We definitely won’t be returning for any services for either of our vehicles; and I sincerely hope they handle their future clients with much more care than my husband was afforded. I’d just like to add…my husband car is an older vehicle…but it is the newest vehicle he has ever purchased. He even bought a $5,000 extended warranty because he values that truck that much. Immediately after he was nonchalantly dismissed he went straight to the junk yard to replace the hubcap that had so little value to Porcaro but meant so much to him. Shame on you all for judging someone based on your subjective estimations of worth. We know the car is old. But I guarantee he will have it for years to come. More
