Polite and Great Pricing After purchasing my vehicle from Lee Hathaway I have been more then happy to stop by and say hi to him after my oil change and tire rotations. Lee eve After purchasing my vehicle from Lee Hathaway I have been more then happy to stop by and say hi to him after my oil change and tire rotations. Lee even went as far as to help me get another extra key fab and updated navigation card {I didn't even ask for all that but he did it} and he went as far as to giving me another tank of gas! (He told me that he will do that for a customer if they need it or ask because he wants his customers happy and to always come here. Even though they fill your vehicle's gas tank up before delivering it to you. Another great thing about the Sales guy Lee Hathaway I have to say is, he genuinely cares if his customers are happy and he makes sure you get what you can afford with your budget. I happily paid the discounted in house family pricing, had it in service for a short while for my discounted upgrades. and I was ready to go! If I were to return there I would say I felt like I'm welcomed to the family and that is something I want in my Ford Americas most sold and award vehicle They have a quick-lane open 7 days a week to help you with any need as far as service goes and that has come in handy since I work all the time and only have Sundays off. We tra DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Where to begin...in 2015 my husband and I bought one vehicle and leased another here at the same time. We traded in a vehicle that had approximately 2500 in negative equity and also traded in a car that we owned outright. We were promised 8500 for the second car and mathematically speaking, 8500 cancels out 2500, leaving 6000 towards next purchase. WELL LET'S FAST FORWARD. Due to our growing family, a fusion was no longer meeting our needs and the EXCESSIVE Ford recalls were becoming a headache. We decided to "trade-in" the leased vehicle (fusion) for a Nissan in late 2016. We called in while at the Nissan dealership and recieved the final buyout for the lease. Two months later we are still getting calls from Ford credit for missed payments and even recieved a collections notice from Ford Credit for the vehicle traded in. In contacting Nissan, they indicated they were working on the matter and hadn't been told why Porcaro Ford in Racine would not accept the check from them. After many calls to Porcaro, Nissan, and Ford Credit....the broken link in all of this was Porcaro Ford. They indicated they needed us to take the car directly to them to buy it out (bring the check from Nissan directly to them as they cannot accept it from Nissan), pay taxes, have the car registered in our name, then we can take the car and sell it to Nissan towards our next purchase. Because of this we were forced to find and review our initial lease paperwork from the Fusion, upon review of this paperwork we found out that the promised 8500 WAS NEVER APPLIED TO THE AMOUNT. As a matter of fact they never even deducted the NEGATIVE EQUITY!. Yes we were xxxxing stupid not to read all the final paperwork. HOWEVER they took advantage of the situation, we were in the dealership at 10 am without 2 year old child and didn't sign all paperwork until almost 6 pm and when glancing at everything just wanted to get out of there. Back to present day, Porcaro now states that the leased vehicle buyout I was given was incorrect and more is owed. We were told they had to complete new paperwork, and we have to hand deliver the check to them from Nissan for them to release the vehicle. What they seem to not be able to address is that we traded in another ford lease from Boucher in Kenosha to the same Nissan dealer and had NONE OF THESE ISSUES! As a matter of fact, Manager Dan (who is arrogant, pompous, and downright shady) at Porcaro went as far as to insinuate that Boucher forged our signatures and illegally ended our leases! Overall this has been the worst process and experience we have ever had with a dealership. My family has been Ford loyal for over a century but I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD AGAIN ESPECIALLY FROM THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP. Nissan has luckily backed us and sent letters to the credit agency on our behalf and have promised (in writing) to assist with any collections that proceed from Ford. I will say that the only direction and respect we were given from Porcaro was by Nicole in the finance dept. I strongly encourage anyone doing business here to read everything and get any offers made for trade ins in writing before finalizing a purchase. And finally, I have read the other Google reviews before mine and do not want a pompous response from the "owner" as the other negative feedback was given. We will be reporting this to the BBB because fortunately for Porcaro we were idiot enough not to read and cannot take legal action. More
Very unprofessional, horrible business I would have never thought going to a bigger, well known dealership like Porcaro Ford I would ever had an experience like I did. After visiting them a I would have never thought going to a bigger, well known dealership like Porcaro Ford I would ever had an experience like I did. After visiting them and test driving a truck, the "salesperson" sent a follow up email with a little better pricing to encourage me to make the deal. I went back and agreed to that price. And while sitting in finance, realized the numbers were off (by $2,000). I brought it up and showed the email to finance, she got the owner involved and the sales manager had left for the day (at 11:45 am). After 2½ hours of discussion about it, they came to the conclusion that they couldn't keep the the deal they agreed to and sent me in email and agreed to in person. It was going to cost me another $1,000 above what we aagreed to to buy the truck. I would never recommend to anyone to go here. Very unprofessional and very poor business sense. More
Completely Lied To My wife and I bought two cars from Porcaro Ford. Everything went fine with mine but my wife's was another story. We told the salesperson Kathy what we My wife and I bought two cars from Porcaro Ford. Everything went fine with mine but my wife's was another story. We told the salesperson Kathy what we wanted. Didn't have to be loaded but it needed to be AWD or 4WD seeing that my wife travels for work. We bought the Ford Escape and we're pleased with it until the winter. That's when we discovered that it didn't have AWD like we were told. I tried to contact the dealer about this but haven't received any calls or emails back. I'll never go back to them and would recommend others steer clear also. More
