We arrived, test drove and inspected the car and as is always with Poquet's cars it was immaculate. In an hour we were driving away with our new car felling very satisfied and confident that it was a great purchase. The team at Poquet are friendly, informative and efficient. What a FUN way to buy a car! We worked with John Doberstein to purchase a 2016 Toyota RAV. We had gone to a Toyota dealership to test drive the RAV. The Toyota dealership wasn't interested in taking my beautiful Audi convertible in on a trade in.( " It's coming on winter". )Wouldn't discuss the value of the trade in. John was so helpful, even complimented me on what a nice car my trade in was. Gave us a quote for more than the KBB, even before we agreed to purchase the RAV. No pressure! My sales professional, Shaun Elling, had the car I wanted to review set to go when I arrived, and she knew to ask questions, not pitch, so she could fit me to the proper choice. After my test drive she had my trade-in set and walked me through what I felt was a comfortable purchase experience. When I picked the car up it was clean, staged and full of gas. When I had questions a few days later, multiple staff personnel helped me. Summation, buying a car is and investment today, and Shaun, the support and technical staff made it a positive experience and one I would recommend to buyers who want a quality automobile and a healthy return in their investment and time.
