Came to purchase a car, got a car and a great experience! My wife and I were referred to this place by a colleague of mine. Looked at some reviews and they were pretty solid. Contacted poquet and was in communication with Chuck. Got there, and waited, but Chuck was busy at the moment so Brad came to help us. He brought the car we wanted to look at into into their clean garage. We got to test drive it with your baby and the car seat, which was a must! Loved the mileage on the car and the price on it. Brad helped us finalized paperwork, poquet provided free coffee, soda, and water. We were in and out in less than 2 hours! The staff was great and super friendly. Include Poquet in your car buying process A long time ago, mid '90's, I bought a Toyota Camry from Poquet. I was Happy then and even happier now with our purchase. Fast forward 20 years and A long time ago, mid '90's, I bought a Toyota Camry from Poquet. I was Happy then and even happier now with our purchase. Fast forward 20 years and we came back looking for a Tahoe or Yukon. It took a while for us to find just the right one, but with Shaun's help and persistence we finally were successful. We looked online, visited many dealers, etc in search of a reasonable deal on a Tahoe, new or used with less than 20k miles. It took time and we were in and out of the buying process, but ultimately our 2002 Tahoe just couldn't face another winter. Shaun had stayed in touch with us for @ 12months letting us know of incoming inventory, etc. This time she hit the mark with the right car, price, and service experience. We are really happy with the outcome after waiting so long to decide what to get. Shaun is a great asset and is very knowledgable about the process with Poquet and car buying experience. Replaing my car after an accident Nearly a month ago my car was rear ended and subsequently totaled in a car accident. He was talking about Poquet....When I met Brett I felt so relieved! Brett was knowledgeable, professional, personable and oh so patient with me. Working with him was an absolute pleasure. Working with me and the cast of characters I brought in to guide me seemed not to phase him in the least. A true marvel! Best auto buying experience of my life!!! Brad Dybing showed me the car I was interested in and pointed out its' features. He gave me plenty of time to examine it.
