They ruined what credit I had I received a pre approved letter from capitol one so we drove to the dealership, and made our selection. Sounds good don't it? Yah they ran me through several different banks before the one I was pre approved for! So needless to say credit score went to hades to say it nicely. But hey everyone not to worry we just took delivery of our new 2016 Chevy Cruze limited- thanks to Rod Hatfield Chevrolet in Lexington Ky, they got the job done!
