Oil change I bought a kia Optima with this dealership for my birthday 3 months ago. And in the sale department they were very help and willing to stay the time n I bought a kia Optima with this dealership for my birthday 3 months ago. And in the sale department they were very help and willing to stay the time need to close the deal the same day, but when it comes to every else they are the worst. I was told they could not do one of details wash that they need to do before selling you a call to call back tomorrow to get it done. Never was able to get it done. Now I schedule an appointment for an oil change at 11:30 a.m. and I got to the appointment at 11:35 a.m. when I first came in they had all my information incorrect it took 15 minutes just for them to give me the receipt that they will do the oil change and told me it would take 1 and a half to complete. Which is very long for just a oil change and rotation. The hour and half pass and I ask if they are done since I see my car in the front and they told me they haven't even started and that the people that do the oil change are all in there lunch and it was my fault that it was not done yet because I got to the appointment 5 minutes late. that just ridicules. Now I been waiting for over 2 hours and I still dont know if they even started the oil change. The service offer by this dealership is not acceptable. More

I am so shocked and angry at the extreme disrespect I just received from Frank at AllStar Kia Pomona when calling to trade my current lease for a new one. I leased a vehicle there a couple years ago, I get a new vehicle every 2-3 years and it's about that time so I called Frank a few moments ago (against my better judgement due to several other issues with past purchase) I said "Hi Frank my name is Candy. I leased a car from you a few years ago and am in the market for a new one. I've looked around and was wondering what you had to offer." Now correct me if I'm wrong, but up till now this sounds like a normal customer/ salesman conversation ... right!? Well here's where that changes... He replied by saying "if you've been looking around and I'm not the first person you called, why don't I just say have a nice day" Seriously... what the...... Im thinking to myself, I heard that wrong or he may be kidding and just have a bad sense of humor so I say "I'm sorry, I didn't hear that" he says, "what do you mean what can I offer". I said "well what can you offer for a new lease". He said "well you said you were already looking at other things so what is it you want" I said "I wanted to talk about my options for leasing a new vehicle, I'm confused you do sell cars right!? He said "well maybe we can do something Monday" (TODAY IS WEDNESDAY) I say "well I'm looking to be in something new by the weekend" and this Jack Wagon replies with another "well then have a nice day" WHAT THE!!!!!???? I said "I don't understand what your problem is and to be honest at this point I don't care for your attitude and wouldn't buy a new car from you if my life depended on it" Then I hung up. Here's where it gets good... HE CALLED ME BACK LIKE A LITTLE CHILD AND SAID " YOU HAVE A NICE DAY NOW" and hung up on me! That's right you read correctly, he called back to taunt and hang up on me! Stand up guy right!? I immediately called the main number looking for a sales manager and after 3 attempts couldn't get through to anyone. I called Kia corporate to make a report and was given the sales managers email which I absolutely intend to use, but based on the unprofessional atmosphere and disrespect that is freely slung around this location I dont anticipate it going far. You have many choices for car buying don't make the wrong choice by picking this dealer. They don't care about customer service in sales or service dept. FRANK IS A RUDE DISRESPECTFUL SALESMAN! More

Horrible customer service "that's your problem attitude" I brought my car into the service center because it wouldn't let me put in gas! I was in a panic, I only had enough gas to maybe drive locally for ano I brought my car into the service center because it wouldn't let me put in gas! I was in a panic, I only had enough gas to maybe drive locally for another trip. No more. My daughter was starting preschool the next day and I had to get back and forth to work. They told me that they were too busy to even look and diagnosis the problem. I would need to come back the next day, which I was annoyed but ok with until the parts and service manager said that I should take it to another dealership because they didn't have time for me. Really? I bought my car from them because they are less than half a mile from my house and I wanted to go to them for convince specifically. Then he told me I could bring it back the next day and if it was a warranty issue they would give me a loaner car. So the next day we dropped off the dark and waited all day to call me back. They were calling the wrong number and not the number I specifically told them to call.. when I finally got a hold of them it was close to closing. The p&s manager said it would take until the next day to get the part they ordered and basically hung up... no mention of loaner car as previously mentioned. I called back the next day asking for a loaner because I was in a difficult position now, I needed to go to the store, my kid had been pulled out of school & i hadn't been to work in 3 days. I was basically told "that's your problem, they weren't going to give me a loaner car because I didn't ask soon enough the day before which is xx because they didn't even look at my xxxx car until almost closing and he hung up on me before I could ask ?.. they made no effort to help out a customer whom purchased their car from them and took the car to them for all services. They were rude, acted like I was an inconvenience to them, that it wasn't their car part that malfunctioned, I had done something, at one point that a $$hat made some suggestion about mice making nesting in my fuel line.... seriously??? xxx???? I was actually told that this was not their problem at one point. The only person above this guy was someone named Cesar who was on vacation until next thursday....so sad too bad nothing we can do to help or work with you... your screwed. I called corporate... and guess what? Pretty much the same attitude... told me someone from the dealership would call me shortly.... WHO? The a $$hat I was complaining about?? Or I wait until this Cesar guy comes back next thursday??? It's xx. If you want good customer service and people who treat you right or gave a small measure of self responsibility, DO NOT BUY FROM OR TAKE YOU CAR TO ALLSTARS KIA OF POMONA,,,,,,, I have NEVER been treated this poorly with such uncaring from any other car dealership ever. Rude Customer Service Director Ralph McGuirre He was rude, condescending and a jerk. He practically called me a liar as I explained the problem with a broken seat control panel. I bought the vehicle at this dealership as a preowned certified car. I only had the car for 4 months and took it in for a regular service and told another service person, who was very courteous, he said it would have to be ordered and they would call me when it came in. No one called to schedule repair until I contacted them. To make a long story short Ralph said I broke the part by the way I got in and out of the car. Really? He said "just this once he'll repair it but this is the last time!" While shaking his finger at me. When I showed my frustration by saying it was not right and I would contact Kia that ticked him off and he began to remove the service tag from my key and said here's your key back and you go ahead and call Kia and gave me his card. In my opinion he is an idiot and should not have contact with any customers. More

Misleading, Deceptive, Snook Was a misleading, deceptive, snook of a man that sold us our new car. Was a 2014 not a 2015 Kia Soul with 35 miles. After driving out of LA to Oklahoma a bad noise started. I did arrive safely yet it was just a miracle. The front strut was braking and there was another major front end problem. The wheel could of came off and well we all know what could of happened to me and children and grandchildren and friends that had been in this piece of broken crap I was sold. Due to family medical issues this is my first official complaint. I believe they knew it was broken and didn't care about my safety knowingly and completly aware I was driving back home to Ok. I wanted a CD player out in and was told they just caused more problems, we were also told after asking about purchasing a new full size spare, that we'd just have to find one somewhere. REALLY? doesn't Kia sell tires for their brand of car ? We realized these things after realizing my life was in danger driving the car 1500 miles and recalling the conversations with the so called salesman. We also paid way more than we should of for a 2014 when we paid more than ALLstar ad we had taken with us for a 2015. In Tulsa they have then same car a 2016 for what I paid for a 2014. BEWARE BE VERY AWARE OF THIS CAR LOT. I'm lucky to be alive as far as I am concerned. I was sold a very DANGEROUS vehicle and i think they knew it. Thanks for listening out there. Had a great day, Quick fast and simple. What happened when I got there is that they greeted me in a very kind manner. I knew what car I was looking for and he assisted me as best possible as What happened when I got there is that they greeted me in a very kind manner. I knew what car I was looking for and he assisted me as best possible as he could showing me the cars I wished to see and asked many questions so that he can get the best deal he could to my liking. I got my deal with a low price and also he gave me a test drive and my choice of color for the car, fresh of the truck with almost no miles after tested, plus explained extra on how I could save money. On top of that instead of filling my car half tank he filled it the whole way free of charge. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically the sales consultant there who assisted me, Moe Abdulghani, thanks again and I'm enjoying the car :). More
