I was excited when I purchased my new car. My sales rep was excellent. After my purchase, I did not receive what I was promised. I told them I would not complete my purchase or turn in my car without my bi was excellent. After my purchase, I did not receive what I was promised. I told them I would not complete my purchase or turn in my car without my bike rack, as that is my and my daughter’s pastime. They promised to give me the rack when I returned for a car service I needed- some type of sealant. When I returned, no one knew what I was talking about. They then said they couldn’t get the rack of and they had to cut it off. The rack was $400 and 6 months old. I put in on myself: just inserted it in the hitch and tightened the bolt. They said they’d compensate me $150. (I negotiated up to $175, not even ½ what I paid.) I’m a single parent and teacher with very little disposable income. They are making thousands of dollars off me and should compensate me what was promise. I would have gotten my bike rack off another way. (My friend owns a mechanic shop and also couldn’t understand what happened.) I still have not received my “compensation” and it has been 6 months. I have called and spoke with numerous people including Manny Ramirez one of the “managers” who last replied with the compensation offer September 4; it’s December 6. I called and emailed the owner and stopped in and left messages. STILL, no one has responded. I also went in for my 6,000 mile service; they lost my reservation and had to find time to squeeze me in so my day was delayed. Stay away from this dealer. They lied, cheated me, and their customer service after my purchase has been terrible. More
The worst experience I've ever been to. I was working with Sean Garcia and explained my situation. I gave all the information that he need to see how the dealership could help me with. He stated that the with Sean Garcia and explained my situation. I gave all the information that he need to see how the dealership could help me with. He stated that they were not going to run my credit yet, that it would be a soft credit check. At the end of the day they could not help me. Later that evening I started getting credit alerts about on my credit report. Guess what they ran my credit when assured me that they were not going to run. SEAN GARCIA IS A LIER!! I don't know how they call this place a dealership when they have maybe 30 new cars.....REALLY! More
Horrible experience here. Do not go to Kia in Pomona. This review is for the service department. Which is very telling of the whole operation here. I pull up, and no one is even there to greet you. I This review is for the service department. Which is very telling of the whole operation here. I pull up, and no one is even there to greet you. I get out of my car, go to the service desk, there is a line of cars piling in, and no one around. Finally someone shows up. I tell them I have an appointment. My service shouldn’t take more than 2 hours. They tell me because they are so short staffed and over booked with cars, it’s going to take over 24 hours!!! And they do not give loners. I rearragned my day for a 2 hour service, only to tell me that I would be without a car for 24 hours!! WTH??? This is my first Kia. I did not purchase here, it just so happens it’s between my work and home. I would never do business at this Kia. I’ve been a Toyota owner my whole life, and I’m having buyers remorse. When I go to Longo, I’m greeted by a professional, offered donuts, coffee, and a comfortable area to wait. This place is unprofessional and a dump. Stay away!!! More
Please do not go to this dealership or buy a Kia. I bought a brand new 2021 Kia Soul. The car started acting up and the dealership wouldn’t give me an appointment until I reached out to corporate. Afte bought a brand new 2021 Kia Soul. The car started acting up and the dealership wouldn’t give me an appointment until I reached out to corporate. After they checked the car it turns out it has after market parts. They are selling you a car with parts that are not from the manufacturer. This is fraud and I will be going to the attorney general. They are trying to say I changed the parts. That is outrageous to me. Please spend your money on a Toyota. More
Came in for a Internet priced vehicle and to their credit they honored it. Their sales rep was decent, performed his job and did not push anything crazy. The problem came with their manager who after agreein they honored it. Their sales rep was decent, performed his job and did not push anything crazy. The problem came with their manager who after agreeing to a price, tacked on a Xzilon Package worth $2500. He was set on selling the car with this added package which when explained what it was, turned out to be a very cheap clear coat and 20 dollar wheel locks. This manager said it was a required package for ALL new vehicles and it CANNOT BE REMOVED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STEALERSHIP More

Words can not explain how amazing of an experience I had at this dealership! I've been here before when it used to be owned by Allstar but with the new ownership and management, they have really improved in at this dealership! Needed Service I was smelling something burning in my passenger wheel well. I called Pomona Kia and spoke to Norma. She squeezed me in for service as it appeared I was smelling something burning in my passenger wheel well. I called Pomona Kia and spoke to Norma. She squeezed me in for service as it appeared to be an urgent service. I was so appreciative as other dealerships couldn't get me in until next week and they needed my car for 3 days to diagnose the problem. I arrived at Pomona Kia at my scheduled time. As I was bending down to show Norma which wheel it was...there it was shining in the reflection of the sun...a piece of plastic was stuck on my Catalytic Converter. She took my car into a service bay to have the plastic removed. Thank you Norma and the Service Department at Pomona Kia. You are my Service Professionals! More
Bait and switch while tripping over their lies. I don't usually write reviews but the treatment I received from Kia Pomona was bad enough for me to have to warn others to stay away. After days of di I don't usually write reviews but the treatment I received from Kia Pomona was bad enough for me to have to warn others to stay away. After days of discussion through text with Breanne, she stated that her general manager was there with her and that she would see what the best price they can offer me is and asked what price would make me say yes to the deal. I asked for an out the door price, not vehicle purchase price, and was offered $17,368 out the door including taxes, title, and license. I confirmed that this was out the door, confirmed the VIN # and vehicle stock #, and that the out the door price included taxes, title, and license. Breanne confirmed yes to all. She asked me to come in to test drive the vehicle and do the paperwork. I had been very candid about the fact that I am an essential worker and it would be difficult getting time off approved because my job is so short staffed due to the pandemic. She assured that we had a deal and that they were taking safety precautions there as well. I arrived at 2pm on Saturday 05/17/20 and did the test drive with Breanne. During the test drive she confirmed the out the door price of $17,368. When we got back and started to do the paperwork she again confirmed the out the door price of $17,368. But as I was starting to sign the paperwork, another employee named Daniel came up (who consistently walked around without a mask even when in close proximity to other people) took the papers off the table and stated there had been an error. He stated that the taxes had been calculated with the wrong city and put down a new purchase order showing $19,319! I asked how an incorrect city tax rate can increase the price by $2000. He quickly gathered that paper, left, and then came back with another that was blank in the tax field and proceeded to scratch out the prior price that was agreed upon. He then tried to claim that the out the door price I was quoted hadn't been calculated including taxes. He straight out lied, changed his story, changed the documents while trying to act like I didn't see the entire thing with my own eyes. I spoke with Richard (who I was told is the GM) who said that the out the door price had never included taxes. I showed him the multiple written confirmations I had that confirmed it did include taxes. He shrugged and said "It was an honest mistake". I said that there was no honesty in what they're doing because I saw the price differences on the document and Daniel not only altered them in front of me, he also couldn't get his lies straight when trying to explain it. I informed him that I had to request time off of work and travel all the way out to Pomona and had been upfront about the fact that getting time off of work would be difficult and unlikely to be approved again so I needed to be sure of the deal before making an appointment. He casually said "I can take off $100". I said that they needed to honor the price we agreed upon. He stated "It was a mistake. The taxes being left out was overlooked. The best I can do is take off $200." I walked out at that point. Breanne followed me and apologized saying she had no idea they were going to do that and that she did have the original out the door price approved and wouldn't have had me go all the way out there if she knew they were going to do that to me. This dealership not only wasted my time and made me request time off of my essential job for nothing, but they tried to bait and switch me while not even caring to hide how sloppily they were lying. Dealerships trying to inflate purchase agreements is the oldest story in the book but Kia Pomona took it to a new level when they altered documents right in front of me, tripped over their own lies, and then treated me coldly when I questioned it. Do not fall for their scams. Do not do business with them! They are corrupt and unethical. More
