Pointe Buick GMC was simply one of the easiest car buying experiences we have had to date (have purchased 8 new vehicles in the past 16 years from different dealers and car manufacturers). They made us feel as a valued customer from our first contact. We had been dealing with several other dealerships concurrently and more times than not the other dealership car sales staff made us fell as an annoyance when they were supposed to help us. Pointe Buick GMC staff took the time answer all our numerous questions and go over in detail the specifics of the entire car buying experiences from initial interest, to particular model questions, price negotiations, trade-in process and financing. The staff was also extremely responsive answering phone messages and e-mails promptly. All costs were laid out up front and very understandable. There was no uncomfortable pressure exerted from the sales staff. Instead of trying to push unwanted features and products on us, they took the time to listen to our needs and situation. At one point I stated to my spouse that “something must be wrong, this has been way too easy”. Picking up the new car and dropping of our trade-in was timely and efficient. All paperwork was ready, accurate and thoroughly explained (there were no hidden fees and the final price was actually lower that the initial estimate). The owner made it a point to come say hello, ask us about our experience, what could have gone better and sincerely thanked us for choosing Pointe Buick GMC. We initially chose to buy a car from Pointe Buick GMC from a pricing perspective as they offered the most competitive pricing package, but quickly learned that their customer service and honest commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive! We drove over 120 miles one way to buy a car from Pointe Buick GMC and would absolutely recommend to anyone the car buying experience, price and customer friendly atmosphere was absolutely worth the drive! Employees of the dealership are always very knowledge and helpful. I appreciate that they give me a loaner car to drive when I drop my car off for service. They will even pay my bridge toll.
