When shopping for our new Enclave, we visited other dealers and left feeling as though they really could have cared less about selling us a car. When we walked into Pointe we were immediately greeted and given the opportunity to take a ride in an Enclave. Jay was knowledgable and went out of his way to answer questions and work with us to ensure we were given the best rate for financing. When we picked up our new car, Jay spent a great deal of time showing us the special features, setting up Bluetooth and OnStar. Called Pointe because I was interested in the GMC Acadia and got Eric Davis on the phone. Was able to tell him the price range I was looking for and asked if he could get back to me and within a day he cam and got Eric Davis on the phone. Not at the top of the range, right in the middle. No haggling. No games. I went in on 4th of July and all of the employees had off but the owner was there just in case they got walk-ins. He was more than helpful and let me look around the car even though they were technically "closed". I went in on Eric's day off and another salesman Kevin stepped in and took care of me. Even though it was not his sale, he did all of the paperwork and went through our newly purchased Acadia feature by feature. Great sense of teamwork and left me more than satisfied. Anyway, my sister-in-law purchased a vehicle from Pointe a week or so before and working in Salem County, I had seen a lot of Pointe name badges in the area. We walked in and Jay put my wife and I at ease. I left knowing that if the price was right, that we were purchasing our truck from Jay and Pointe. After a couple of days, more incentives (thanks, GM), and locating the right truck for us (color, package, etc.) instead of simply moving something on the lot--we were there signing papers.
