My experience with Pointe Buick GMC was nothing short of excellent. I was able to find a great pre-owned vehicle on their lot and although they were closed at the time I submitted a call when business hours excellent. In person, Eric was both honest and knowledgable, also doing his best to be understanding of my needs and constraints as a recent college graduate. After having the chance to test drive the vehicle he was helpful in getting a discounted cost on the vehicle, which Pointe was able to take even lower after some negotiation. The price ended up being very fair in my opinion. When I came back to get the car to take it home it was so well taken care of as to appear almost new! I contacted Kevin on a Monday morning about a car I had found on there web page and he helped me out every step of the way. He took everyone of my phone calls, answered every question I had, even the stupi found on there web page and he helped me out every step of the way. I am from Maryland and I didnt want any surprises when I drove up to New Jersey to get me car. He took care of all of the paperwork over the phone. When I arrived to get me car Kevin had everything completed and waiting for me, just like I had asked. Paperwork done and car detailed! Kevin also spent his time after the sale to thoroughly explain to me how to work all of the gadgets and components inside.
