During our search for a new car, we encountered several different dealerships. Prior to coming to Pointe, we have very low offers for our trade in, and dealers were being pushy trying to get us to sign w different dealerships. We walked in, knowing exactly what we wanted, and probably were one of the easiest sales ever, thanks to a more generous offer for our trade in vehicle, than any other dealer we had visited. We did not plan on buying a car that night, but, it was an offer we knew that we could not refuse. Everyone has gone out of their way to helping make the entire experience great! Sorry we didn't check everyone's names, who dealt with us, but, the entire staff at Pointe Buick GMC is fantastic, and customer friendly. More

Probably the best car buying experience I've had thus far. Tom made everything extremely easy and helped get me the number I needed to be at while still getting the model I wanted. I wasn't convinced that it was worth going "all the way across the bridge" to look at a car, but I'm so glad we did. Eric and John were very helpful, answered all of our questions, and bent over backw way across the bridge" to look at a car, but I'm so glad we did. We had taken the car to have it checked out by our mechanic in DE, and they volunteered to send someone to pick it up at the mechanic and complete the DE registration process so we didn't have to take it back to NJ. On the night we picked it up, our schedule made it impossible for us to get there before 30 min before closing. They still took their time and walked us through the basic how-tos even though it was past closing time. Eric even delivered our registration to our home after the sale (even put the new plate on for me!) I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. More

We originally came in for service for our 2008 GMC Acadia. While we were waiting we were approached by Eric Davis and sat down to talk to him about a trade in price for our 2006 GMC Canyon and our 2 Acadia. Once price figures were determined for trade in we immediately decided to purchase our new 2012 GMC Acadia. Eric and John were so helpful and very pleasant to work with.
