From the moment I entered the lot I was greeted by a friendly, smiling, professional sales representative. Jay asked me the right questions about what I was looking for and why. It had everything I needed and all the things I wanted. Once a price was agreed upon, the finance department worked through the process with me. Quick and easy. I loved the experience and would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to my friends. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle at the dealership when I'm done with this one. It's rare to walk out of a dealership feeling as though everyone got a fair deal, but that is exactly how I felt. They worked with me every step of the way and there was no pressure what so ever. The entire process took a tops of 2 hours of me actually being in the dealership and, in fact, the final deal was done over the phone with Eric. After making the deal, I showed up to find all the paperwork ready with the vehicle detailed and waiting for me. All an all, a very positive experience. More

I called up Pointe Buick GMC after seeing a listing for a jeep they had on nj.com. I live two hours north but after speaking with Eric on the phone I had a feeling the drive would be worth it. He was very friendly, personable, and "real". The car was priced higher then I had planned on spending but I felt that Pointe was honest with their pricing and I was paying for what the car was actually valued at. When I got there, they had the car waiting, cleaned and ready for me to test drive. I never felt pressured into the sale like I had at many other dealerships, nor did I feel like they were taking advantage of me. They were honest and upfront from the beginning, it felt as though I was buying a car from a close friend. I highly recommend Pointe Buick GMC and would be willing to drive the four hours round trip to use them again in the future. More

MY SON, WHO IS 18 WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP SEEKING A USED CAR. HE CAME HOME TELLING ME ABOUT A CAR HE WAS INTERESTED IN FOR $6000 AND A CO-SIGNER. HE WAS LOOKING FOR A NO MONEY DOWN PURCHASE. I WENT TO TH CAR. HE CAME HOME TELLING ME ABOUT A CAR HE WAS INTERESTED IN FOR $6000 AND A CO-SIGNER. HE WAS LOOKING FOR A NO MONEY DOWN PURCHASE. I WENT TO THE DEALER SHIP AND MET WITH MR MATTOX WHO WAS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL. HE TOOK MY INFORMATION AND THEN WE FOUND THAT MR MATTOX WAS UNABLE TO SECURE FINANCING FOR THE CAR MY SON WAS INTERESTED IN BUT CUOLD GET IT FOR ONE THAT WAS OVER DOUBLE THE $6000. THE COST OF THIS VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD BEFORE ALL THE FINANCING, PAPERWORK AND INSURANCE WAS COMPILED AND TOLD BY MR MATTOX NOT THE FINANCING PERSON.. LIKE IT WAS DELIBERATELY HIDDEN WHILE I AND MY SON WERE BATED BY "WE GOT FINANCING" mR. mATTOX WAS AWARE THAT MY SON WAS WORKING PART-TIME AND AVERAGE BI-WEEKLY BRING HOME PAY WOULD BE APPROXIMATELY $450. YET THE NOTE WAS TO BE $350 MONTHLY. THIS WOULD LEAVE HIM WITH $100 OR LESS AFTER MAKING A PAYMENT. I FEEL THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION BY MR MATTOX BUT IT SEEMS THE SELL WAS MORE IMPORTANT. THEN THERE WAS INSURANCE, WHICH THE DEALERSHIP FORPAYED FOR THE CAR, AGAIN MAKING EVERYTHING LOOKING SMOOTH AND DURABLE FOR THIS PART-TIME WORKING 18 YAR OLD. AFTER THE INSURANCE WAS RECEIVED I FOUND THAT HE WOULD OWE THE DEALERSHIP $421.00 FOR THE INSURANCE DOWNPAYMENT. SO FROM MY SONS FIRST FULL PAYCHECK HE WAS LEFT WITH $28.00. I FEEL MR MATTOX HAD TO KNOW THIS WAS TO EXPENSIVE FOR DARYL BECAUSE HE KNEW DARYL'S PAYRATE AND HOURS. BUT IT DIDN'T MATTER, ONLY THE SELL, THEN WE WERE TOLD HE WOULD HAVE TO MAKE 5 MONTHLY INSURANCE PAYMENTS OF APPROXIMATELY $225 BY MR MATTOX. WHEN THE INSURANCE POLICY CAME IN DARYL WAS EXPECTED TO PAY $390 ! FOR 5 MONTHS. I CONTACTED MR MATTOX WHO SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT WHEN HE DOES THE PAYMENTS ARE DROPPED TO $325 FOR 5 MONTHS. AND THEN I FOUND THE POLICY MR MATTOX LOCKED DARYL INTO AT A DEDUCTABLE OF $2,500 AM I TO BELIEVE MR MATTOX FELT STRONGLY THAT A PERSON WORKING PART TIME FOR $8 AND HOUR COULD HANDLE A DEDUCTABLE OF THIS SIZE IF IT BECAME NECESSARY.. WHEN I ASKED DARYL ABOUT IT HE SAID MR MATTOX TOLD HIM IF HE TOOK THIS OPTION IS INSURANCE WOULD BE CHEAPER. DARYL COULDN'T AFFORD THIS CAR WITH THE FINAL COST BEING OVER $13,000 AND HE STARTED OUT LOOKING AT A $6000 CAR. MR MATTOX SAYS THE BANKS WON'T FINANCE A $6000 IF THIS IS SO WHY IS IT FOR SELL. WHICH I DIDN'T FIND OUT UNTIL IT WAS TIME TO SIGN THE PAPERRS. WHEN I RELAYED THIS TO MR MATTOX HE ONLY SAID THE PAPERS HAD BEEN SIGNED AND IT WAS A BINDING CONTRACT. WHEN I REMINDED, THROUGH A TELEPHONE MESSAGE THAT ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT I SIGNED IT STATES "THIS CONTRACT COULD BE BROKEN ONLY IF THE SELLER AGREES. MR MATTOX WASN'T INTERESTED EVEN THOUGH HE HAD TO KNOW MY SON COULDN'T AFFORDTHE CAR AND INSURANCE. ITS BEEN OVER 5 DAYS AND MR MATTOX HAS NOT RETURNED MYCALL..I CONTACTED THE GENERAL MANAGER ABOUT RETURNING THE CAR FOR THE REASONS ABOVE HE SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME. ITS BEEN ALMOST 48 HOURS AND NOT A PEEP FROM HIM OR MR MATTOX. I DON'T EXPECT THIS EXPERIENCE WILL BE ACCEPTED BECAUSE ITS NEGATIVE AND WHAT COMPANY WANTS TO ADVERTISE NEGATIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. IT APPEARS WE ARE STUCK WITH THE CAR AND I LIKE TO THANK JAY AND HOPES HE ENJOYS HIS COMMISSSION WHICH WAS OBVIOUSLY MORE IMPORTANT THAN AN 18 YEAR OLDS FIRST TIME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE More
