At this dealership I bought my first car via the internet. We solicited a price through USAA and this is one of the dealers that came up. The other dealers we solicited (thru USAA and in person) ca internet. We solicited a price through USAA and this is one of the dealers that came up. The other dealers we solicited (thru USAA and in person) called and emailed me so many times it actually turned me off to using them. Pointe GMC sent one email with their price (which was quite competitive) alone. This inspired me to reach out to them thereby speaking to Barbara via email and phone. The entire process was easier as they gave me my trade-in amount via text message (photos etc) sparing the time of an appraisal while sitting in the office. Barbara quickly responded to all my questions and was a very friendly salesperson. After the sale, the owner came out and introduced himself and provided a nice gift card to a local eatery. That was a nice surprise and pretty much rounded out our good experience. Thank you for the hassle free and pleasureable experience of buying a new car. I would recommend to anyone. More
