I purchased a new Nissan Titan on 2/16/13. I had the best experience buying a new car I have ever had. I have purchased many since then from Rosner and I have bought from Mr. Rick Evans from another dealership. That was a special experience as well. I was looking for a certain vehicle and talked with the Mr. Evans and Alan Cianflone and felt right at home. In fact I felt better than being with family. You guys made me feel like I was the most important person in the dealership. No pressure and completely professional. The entire team at Stafford Nissan was excellent, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Mr. Evans and Rosner are a better than perfect combination for me and my family (extended too). I have already started spreading the news of this perfect dealership located in Stafford. I'm already making plans for my next purchase from them and more than likely a third. Kenny was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He worked with us to get the price we wanted on our trade and sold us a great slightly used Nissan Juke. I worked with George to purchase a Nissan Quest minivan. I also had a trade in (Pathfinder). I was surprised to find out that they would exceed the trade in deal I was offered by another dealer! I gave George a budget and he worked very hard with Patrick to help put me in my brand new Nissan Quest that was within my budget, offering in addition to the warranty, road side assistance, free oil changes for life, free inspections for life as well! Not only did I get a really good deal on my car from Rosner Nissan, I had a very friendly and easy going service from all the employees. I had shopped several dealers, found the car that I wanted, a Maxima with the Sport Package. They had the car, I made an offer over the phone. The Manager, Mr Grimm, said that assuming the cars check wanted, a Maxima with the Sport Package. They had the car, I made an offer over the phone. The Manager, Mr Grimm, said that assuming the cars checked out we had a deal. When I got to the dealership, there were NO SURPRISES! All promises made at time of delivery have been honored in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend the team at Rosner Nissan. More
Went in to buy a new car after doing some Internet research. They were a bit busy. The sales manager couldn't find one of the salesmen. He ordered a female employee to find him. He told her to blow his phone up until she got him. He was yelling at her and bad mouthing the missing employee in front of us. When the employee appeared he chewed him out in front of everyone. He told him how unprofessional he was. I thought the sales manager was the unprofessional one! One of their selling points was the Rosner Rewards program which includes free oil changes and car wash with each oil change. Before we got our first oil change they changed the program. They no longer give car washes. They give a coupon for a car wash at the 610 Car Wash. Now you have to go to two different places and wait your turn twice instead of just once. I would never use the 610 Car Wash. They have a reputation for damaging cars and not repairing them. Not real happy with Rosner but I do like my car. More

took my Altima in for some warrenty work. I was told they could not help me as they didnt accept th warrenty contract. We have been a Rosner customer for the past 10 years but at the Fredericksburg location. I stopped in to Stafford looking for a vehicle for my wife and was presented a price that did not work at present. at the Fredericksburg location. Serge asked me to let him know what needed to be done and I emailed exactly what it would take to get her in the vehicle or I would just wait until the end of year clearance. Upon reciept of my offer Serge sent an email "Lets do it. What time can you come in this evening". I gathered the wife and arrived at the showroom only to have the same price presented that caused me to walk upon orignal visit. Wife loved the vehicle and they played the old bait and switch and played on her emotions and we ended up buying the vehicle anyway. Nice job guys you made a sale!! But you lost a customer (One you had for years and 3 vehicle purchases.) Not to mention our company is in the market for fleet vehicles in the form of hundreds of thousands of dollars and no way will we even consider an operation like this for that kind of purchase. It is a da gone shame your dealership is only interested in making a one time sale and not building a lifeline of satisfied clients. As far as question #2 I expressed my concerns to the fiance folks when of coarse we purchased the extended warranty. Old school sales tactics that gave car salesman a bad rap run rampant at this dealership. In this part of town a man is as good as his word. This transaction was very dissapointing not because of the money but becuase we were flat out lied to in order to get us back in the showroom. I will say that the new vehicle is exactly as described and the wife is in love with the new car. The way it was handled is dispicable as well as bold on the part of the sales staff. More
