Wally was more than friendly and to the point to work with me with all the questions and concerns that I had with buying that car. I appreciated the team's patience and ability to work with a willing customer. I hope to come back and buy a GTR from them! More

The deal was too good to pass up -- more car, full warranty, free initial service visits (oil changes) and that NEW car smell!! This is my FIRST stop for my next vehicle! More
Scam artists who lure you in with fake Internet Price Dealers like this one give other car dealers bad name. Scam artists. Don't believe their "Leckner Savings" and "Leckner Price" that seems to be too good to be true. Here is an example of Leckner Math as shown on their web site vs. what happens once they lure you into their store: Nissan Murano : MSRP = $36,145 - $8,450 (Leckner Savings) = "Leckner Price" $27,695 So far so good. MSRP consists of $35,260 (BASE PRICE + options) + $885 (destination charges) = $36,145 Here comes the good part: The $27,695 does NOT include the destination charge and you need to add $885 back to it. You say "WHAT?!?!?" So what happens in their math is this: They tell that you will pay this: (MSRP + DESTINATION) - DISCOUNT But they make pay this: (MSRP + DESTINATION) - DISCOUNT + DESTINATION And THEN, you find out that their internet prince only applicable to someone who is a recent graduate, active military and has some kind of funky mail-in Nissan discount all at the same time. Their out the door price ended up being way higher than the price quoted to me by another dealer who was honest about their pricing , but whose online prices where a lot less attractive. In addition Leckner charges $800 in "processing fees", which is equivalent of someone making $100 an hour working tirelessly 8 hours just to process your paperwork. Really? On the other hand - sales people are nice and polite and the dealership itself is clean and modern. Sabrina, my salesperson, was super nice and sweet. Feel sorry for her having to work for such dealership. Good selection of vehicles too. I will help Leckner maintain their awesome inventory by not buying anything from them. Not until they take some honesty lessons. More

Two words........STAY AWAY Unhappy can't even begin to explain my level of dissatisfaction with Leckner Nissan. I made the 2 hour trip from Baltimore last weekend thinking I was Unhappy can't even begin to explain my level of dissatisfaction with Leckner Nissan. I made the 2 hour trip from Baltimore last weekend thinking I was going to walk out with a quality vehicle and boy was I wrong. I was looking into a used BMW X5 that looked FLAWLESS in all pictures on their website. I exchanged many emails with staff who assured me it was in excellent condition minus "a couple of scratches on a fender that we'll take care of". I arrived at the dealership, met with staff and walked out to check out the X5 only to see it COVERED in dirt/pollen. They hadn't cleaned it whatsoever prior to my arrival. I had to ask the sales guy to get me a rag so I could wipe it off and properly inspect it. Unfortunately that was the least of the issues.....There was a 2 FOOT LONG, DEEP gouge stretching across the entire front quarter panel of the car crossing completely through the plastic wheel well and reaching the driver side door. It was insane. I was stunned and the sales person responded with "we fix it or take more off price"......First off I made it clear in my emails in weeks prior that I was coming from Baltimore and was not planning on making a return trip, and as there was no chance it could be fixed that day that was off the table. I called my local body shop and sent them pictures to which they said $1k in repairs for that alone. This doesn't even begin to account for the rest. One of the rims had a quarter sized, half inch deep chunk taken out of it. Hood had a bunch of chips as well as various chips on the side of the car. Body shop said $2k in damages minimum. NONE OF THIS WAS PICTURED. I asked how it looked so good in pictures to which the manager said "yea we must have photo-shopped the xxxx out of that one!" with a laugh.....I don't think he was kidding. The pictures don't show a hint of damage. They presented me with a deal sheet with nothing taken off of the price, a ridiculous low ball on my trade...and my god the hidden and shady FEES. They had a $1,500 "reconditioning fee" on their sheet.....RECONDITIONING?! Even if the car was in perfect condition this is not a fee that any reputable dealership charges and this car was awful. Their processing fee was $800 ($400 is average in VA) and they didn't net the trade value with the purchase and tried to charge me full tax value. I guess they trick unsuspecting buyers into paying these ridiculous charges. I was well researched and confronted them on all of them to which they immediately removed. The best part was them not taking a DIME off of the price of the car despite the massive repairs needed. They said "the owner doesn't like to see anything come off of the list price" and tried to come back at me with a paltry amount added to my trade value which was already laughably low. I brought my own KBB trade values, offers from other dealers, told the guy that he was missing all of my options on his projected trade value and he just brushed them all off with run around. These guys are complete xxxxxxxx. The dealership looks nice from the street but that's the extent of the pleasure you'll experience here. STAY AWAY!!! More
No tears shed after trading our Corvette! From start to finish, David Dunne and the Leckner Nissan staff were respectful, courteous, engaging, and a pleasure to work with. We came in on a Sun From start to finish, David Dunne and the Leckner Nissan staff were respectful, courteous, engaging, and a pleasure to work with. We came in on a Sunday, not knowing Leckner was closed, but it wasn't closed for David! David came in on his day off to sell some cars and and three days later we were back to trade our Corvette for an F-150 FX4! We loved the truck we found on the Leckner website, but because we had just begun our search, we chose to continue our search. We also had to bring the Corvette in to have David confirm the trade-in value. Leckner was persistent and called us several times to follow-up. Our Corvette meant a lot to us, but it wasn't getting out much and we missed having a truck. So the deal had to be sweet for us to part with "the steed" :). David quoted us a great trade-in price (site unseen) our first day, and an even better one later over the phone, trusting our word that she was a cream-puff. So we drove back to Leckner three days later with the Vette and drove home with our new truck! We loved the truck so much, and had such a great experience yet again at the close, we left with a smile and a last glimpse of our girl (you know, the Vette), knowing we had started another chapter and that the Vette would find a new, excited owner soon! We have no regrets, and will definitely stop at Leckner first when it's time for a new ride! Many Thanks to David, Sabrina, Dylan, Karla, and the Leckner staff that made our truck buying experience easy and fun! TRUCK YEAH! More

I They lured me to visit their dealership by offering a great deal. I drove 60 miles each way. A total waste of time!!! Plus, I was treated like xxxx. I am thinking to write a review in BBB also. In the email, I asked for the out-the-door price. Sabrina Connolly (salesperson) quoted me a pricel. When I arrived at the dealer, the price was $1,200 higher. I even talked to Patrick Honore (the manager). He was quite rude. He said "bye" to a customer. Their customer service is comparable to a family-run business. Their cars were quite old too. I checked the VIN. They were made approximately made in November 2014, but they were trying to sell that car in August 2015. The safety inspection was done in December 2014 (windshield sticker in Virginia). Don't go there. There are so many good Nissan dealers in Northern Virginia. More
