"Customer service is top notch" I drove to Stafford from Fredericksburg to check out a truck I noticed on-line. Once I arrived at Leckner Nissan, I was greeted by Jorge Panozo. So, I asked if there were any similar trucks on the lot. Just do it This was my second time coming to this dealership. The prior year I did and ended up already being self defeated because nothing was affordable for me This was my second time coming to this dealership. The prior year I did and ended up already being self defeated because nothing was affordable for me. However, this time around I saw a used car online and wanted to cokme to test drive. I already knew I wanted but needed to see it In person before following through. That's when I met Aaron Arrington. He was a familiar face but later during our conversation I found out we went to the same high school. Anyways, he seemed very seasoned in the car salesman industry. We went for a test drive and it went great. I was comfortable with the vehicle and the man who was showing it to me. After sharing our personal stories and wisdom, I learned that he was new to the industry. It surprised me because of confident, knowldege, charismatic and professional he was. We did further inspection of the car. Everything seemed great and the price for it was great too. Needless to say I left that night with a car. I waited three years for another car. I wasn't sure if I was prepared to make such a huge commitment. But I did and without Aaron's help, I'm not sure if I would've went through with it. It's been two months and so far I am still satisfied with my purchase. Big thanks to Aaron, Caroline, and the rest of the great staff for the help and encouragement. More
