At delivery I was informed the the previous owner still had the second key and that they would contact her. More than a month has passed and no response from Pohanka. I have called and texted numerous times. Even left a message for Tim Pohanka. No return calls. Buyer beware, they will not tell you of any issues with a vehicle, and they do not know you after the sale. I will not purchase from this family again, but I will relay my situation to all that will listen. More

My son has a 2015 Nissan Sentra with a failing transmission. After receiving several quotes from local auto repair shops for new/used transmissions the cost ranged from $3900-5300. As a result, transmission. After receiving several quotes from local auto repair shops for new/used transmissions the cost ranged from $3900-5300. As a result, we decided to take it to the dealership to see their cost. The customer service in the Service Center (Lance) was awesome. He quickly took the car in and answered all of our questions. He also checked with Nissan proper and learned the transmission was under an extended warranty for this make/model. They replaced the transmission for free under the warranty. The thing I would like to highlight is the honesty and upfront approach Pohanka took. I felt as though they could have made this process difficult, but they did not. If the Service Center is any indication of the culture and leadership at Pohanka Nissan in Stafford, then I would strongly recommend them for your next vehicle or vehicle service. I know I will! I had to pay the full price for a replacement battery that was installed at Stafford Nissan approximately 2 years ago. Apparently, since my vehicle is an Infiniti and not a Nissan. This is what I would call a technicality, since Infiniti is technically a Nissan product. However, the Service Joshua was kind enough to offer me a 10% off the battery. I just wished this information was shared when the first battery was originally installed. It would have given me the opportunity to make a decision to have the installation performed at the establishment, or not. More

I trust Kirsten to provide the best advice on what is needed for my vehicle. Despite bringing it in just for a state inspection, Kirsten was forward thinking and noticed that I would soon be due for an o needed for my vehicle. Despite bringing it in just for a state inspection, Kirsten was forward thinking and noticed that I would soon be due for an oil change, so she arranged to take care of that as well in order to save me another trip from Manassas down the road. While the ownership may change from time to time, I hope they continue to appreciate their key employees like Kirsten who truly make a difference. More
