Great Service Department! I want to start out by saying that I have only brought my Lexus vehicles to Pohanka for reason only, and that's because of Nicole Perry. I have been w I want to start out by saying that I have only brought my Lexus vehicles to Pohanka for reason only, and that's because of Nicole Perry. I have been working with Nicole for over a year now with any problem/ concern I have had with my Lexus vehicles. Nicole was always so humble, kind, and went above and beyond every single time no matter how big or small the issue was. She has never failed to put a smile on her face either :). Nicole and her team have always been so communicative, friendly, and generous! The service facility is always immaculately clean, always stocked with great snacks, and delicous coffee. Oh and lets not forget the newly opened second floor with massage chairs and MORE snacks and waters! Although Pohanka is 35 minutes out of my way, I am willing to make the drive for even the smallest problem just because of Nicole and her amazing team! I want to thank Pohanka Lexus for such an amazing visit every single time I visit this dealership! Thanks again to Nicole! More

The service reps are either to busy on their cell phones or just blatantly refuse to acknowledge you. On the evening of July 3rd, I dropped off my 1997 Lexus SC400 for a morning appointment on July 4th. I admit the car is getting long in the tooth 255K miles and 22 years old. However, I think that is more of a testament of Lexus quality that it still runs strong requiring only minor maintenance here and there. My first experience started out great, the valet was prompt and courteous. Before I even exited my car he was outside waiting for me to exit so he could jot down my mileage and tag my car. Once he was done he instructed me to take the yellow tag inside, and one of the ladies would assist me in checking my car in. I have worked in the IT industry for over 20 years, I don't wear a suit and tie to work. Normally business casual is my work attire, however seeing as it is a 4 day weekend, I had on jeans and a button-up shirt. I entered the service building and found three ladies, one lady (Nicole) was already working with a customer. Another lady, Renee appeared to be available seeing as she didn't have any customers and was on her cell phone. I looked in her direction expecting her to acknowledge me and assist me in checking my car in. Unfortunately, she did not she continued on her phone unable to even mention that someone will be right with me. Another young lady, Scarlet on my right was finishing up some paperwork and mentioned that she will be right with me. Once she finished up her paperwork she called me up and looked at the yellow tag the young man provided me. Within 5 - 10 minutes of walking up she had already checked my Lexus in and was getting ready to find me a loaner car. I declined the loaner car because I have quite a few Toyota's I can drive at home. About 15-20 minutes after leaving the dealership, I received a text from Lexus saying that I would be receiving text updates on my vehicle. Although a nice feature I only received that initial text on the status of my vehicle. I sure hope this experience isn't any indication of the quality I should expect from Lexus. Although 19 miles from my house I will gladly drive farther to Alexandria or even Rockville which has more than 2 times as many positive ratings on Google. More
