Zero Stars if I could!!! Be aware First I will start by saying that I've had over 30 vehicles and even more motorcycles in my life. So, when I say this dealership has the worst service First I will start by saying that I've had over 30 vehicles and even more motorcycles in my life. So, when I say this dealership has the worst service department, that's not putting it lightly. I serviced my brand new lexus there for over a year and they gave it a green light all the way until the first year was over and the complimentary service of the car was finished. In two months suddenly my cars brakes according to them went from 85% to 0.1% in the pads and damaged the rotors to the point they needed to be changed. They serviced the car two months prior to that and told me the brakes are great and the noise was absolutely normal among all lexus models! I requested an inspection which they didn't do and didn't inform me. I got a ticket for that, when I went back they told me the brakes are 0.1% and they can't inspect the car. They also punctured a hole in one of my tires and only changed one tire! Even though this is a AWD car and changing one tire and not the rest would result in uneven tire thread and more noise. If you actually need your car serviced properly and it's under warranty, DO NOT take it to Pohanka Lexus in Chantilly!! The mechanics at a gas station would perform a better job and not lie to keep their overheads low... My car is 14 months old and now it needs to have all rotors changed and god knows what else they have failed to bring to my attention. I have filed a formal complaint with Lexus Corporation and will make sure the dealership and especially their service department is held accountable for their actions. Always amazing service- over the top tonight! With two kids in tow, I found out I needed more than an oil change tonight. :-(. Not to worry, Nicole Perry took great care of all three of us. Nicole Perry Highly Professional, efficent, couteous, polite I bought a new car from this outstanding dealership and on the same day I wanted the Service Department to program all four windows and the sun roof t I bought a new car from this outstanding dealership and on the same day I wanted the Service Department to program all four windows and the sun roof to open all the way to allow heat to escape. Nicole Perry, Service Consultant, said the service would take about 1.5 hours because of the very busy day. Well, she was able to coordinate with the Technician who finished the job in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Nicole as your consultant. Highly professional, polite, very kind, has a very positive attitude, smiles, and is sincere to help customers. Nicole Perry is one of many outstanding Service Consultants at this dealership. I would be very happy to give the keys to my car to any of the Service Consultants. This service department reminded me of my 30 years in the USMC; a very fine tuned and well oiled operation where Team Work is at the core of their Service Department operations. No other dealership remains open from 0530-2300 hours 365 days a year; this is phenomenal and I applaud the owner(s) and senior principles for their leadership. Semper Fidelis! God bless America!
