You just drive up any time of the day, your greeted, and by the time you walk in your name is on a monitor. Someone greets you inside, and within minutes you are in front of a service manager. They tell you what your car needs and ask you if you want a loaner. The service is quick, they wash your car and the price is very reasonable. I love my Lexus and they have got the service figured out. Reza my service manager is great! More

One of the things that makes this service center great are reps like Reza. He is very patient, and asks smart questions to make sure that he understands what your concerns are about your vehicle. Reza is thoughtful (with both your time and concerns) and works hard to meets your needs. Finally, Reza is great at communication throughout the service process. He made sure to keep in touch with me regarding my vehicle and called to let me know what was happening, what my best options were and called promptly when my car was ready for pick up. He is a great example of wonderful customer service! More
