You just drive up any time of the day, your greeted, and I've owned a lot of cars over the years and the service I get at Pohanka is second to none. You just drive up any time of the day, your greeted, and by the time you walk in your name is on a monitor. Someone greets you inside, and within minutes you are in front of a service manager. They tell you what your car needs and ask you if you want a loaner. The service is quick, they wash your car and the price is very reasonable. I love my Lexus and they have got the service figured out. Reza my service manager is great! More
