My car looked worse after going in for scheduled service. I took my 2017 ES350 in for its first service this past Friday. The car was supposed to come back clean. Not only was it not cleaned, when I mention I took my 2017 ES350 in for its first service this past Friday. The car was supposed to come back clean. Not only was it not cleaned, when I mentioned it to the service technician, he said that they "really do not do a good job of cleaning the cars." When I checked my car in for service, Reza Kermanshahchi did an excellent job and followed up with me about when my car would be ready. However, when I picked it up, my car actually had more dirt and grime on the inside and out after the service than when I dropped it off. I have no way of knowing whether they performed any of the required maintenance or merely reset the service reminders. if you cannot trust them with small things, you cannot trust them with the big things. This is my first experience with Lexus service after driving Mercedes-Benzes for years. I think that when you buy a luxury vehicle, the experience should extend through the service as well. Here, it did not. More
