I heard a strange sound coming from my back tires on my drive to work and stopped off at Pohanka to have the noise checked out. Shane greeted me with a smile and a " How may I help you?" (something you don't hear much these days). Shane took my information and gave me a loaner car so I could continue on to work. The mechanic looked at my car and Shane called me to let me know what needed to be done and what it would cost. I gave the go ahead to do the work and picked up my car on the next morning.I have to say Shane was just so pleasant to do business with. Please pass on my thank you to him. More
