Bad experience, Money taken out of my car during service I had taken my car on 9/3/17 for a tire change and $80 were taken out of my car. I called the service adviser, Reza, 5 minutes after i picked up the c I had taken my car on 9/3/17 for a tire change and $80 were taken out of my car. I called the service adviser, Reza, 5 minutes after i picked up the car as I noticed that cash was gone. I was told by Reza that sometime this happens during cleaning. On 9/22, Reza left a voicemail in which he said that “I’m sure we can work you something out as Mark Rogers which is detailing manager agreed to help you out and I just want to talk to Doug (Service Director) and see if we can help on our side as well.” On 9/28, I got a call from Reza and I was told that this was a not dealership issue as dealer did not do inventory of my vehicle before I handed the car for service. I was also reminded that once I signed the white paper before the service begins I released dealer from any such claim. This was my first visit at this dealership for service and very DISAPPOINTED with the action and resolution which is took so long (9/28/17) to let me know that my only option is to file a police report. More
