Reza greeted me with a very positive enthusiasm as if he genuinely cared about me being there and made me feel welcomed the very moment I entered the building. I had been emailing with Jay Han at Pohanka; his responses were prompt, and candid he assured me he could beat the deal they had offered and we could my payment where I wanted to be. My husband and I dropped in unannounced on a Sunday morning, Jay was personable, professional and cheerful as he answered our numerous questions and worked with us to get to our desired numbers . His sales manager Vinni Nair accommodated my request to earn the sale. He came over to speak to us; made us feel valued, and thanked us for our business. My husband had also been thinking about trading his vehicle. We were so impressed with the product, and the dealership, a one car deal became 2! Goodbye Mercedes, hello LEXUS! The finance process was smooth, Harris Chaudry was outstanding, friendly, savy and super efficient! They were mad busy as it was the end of the month. We went home in my husband's new GX, and Jay delivered my new vehicle and picked up my trade a few days later. He also took the time fully demo both vehicles, program our garage door openers, radio stations. He showed how to use navigation, set up our "home" and he ensured our phones were paired. My only wish is that the dealership was closer so we could service our vehicles there. All in all it was an outstanding purchase experience! Thanks again Jay, you're awesome!
