Asad Malik is one of the best CS reps at the service center along with Paul. On my most recent trip Asad greeted me and asked me for the service that I needed. He gave me accurate estimates and approximate time it would take my car to be serviced. Asad also told me about the new lounge area which is beautiful but still under construction. I was happy to see my car serviced, washed and clean within an hour. It is a cold and windy day and Asad requested one of the service men to promptly bring my car so that I don’t have to wait. However, after a jump start and a trip to Pohanka Lexus, the day ended on a much higher note with Reza's assistance. They then noted what we experienced on the ticket and I was brought in to discuss new tires required. It all went smoothly and we worked on getting the initial costs lower by selecting different tires than first suggested. All in all it was a good experience, as usual. More
