Thank You I started off the day riding into work on the Metro with jumper cables after my car failed to start the previous evening. However, after a jump start and a trip to Pohanka Lexus, the day ended on a much higher note with Reza's assistance. They then noted what we experienced on the ticket and I was brought in to discuss new tires required. It all went smoothly and we worked on getting the initial costs lower by selecting different tires than first suggested. All in all it was a good experience, as usual. More

Their use of technology, including to keep me apprised of the status of my cars, the new waiting rooms, the facilities in general, all make this an excellent dealership and working to stay on top.
