And importantly to me, and different from other dealers I've dealt with, there is no "up-selling" for services or products. I've been going back to them for six years and will continue to use them. We were interested in a certified pre-owned Lexus GX460, but did not find what we were looking for on our first visit. Our salesperson, Fatek Karam, spent a lot of time understanding what we wanted and later let us know when a matching vehicle became available. After test driving this vehicle, we had some concerns about the car slightly pulling to the right. Tek immediately had an alignment performed on the vehicle, after which we test drove it again and confirmed that the problem had been resolved. We purchased the vehicle an, a few days later, discovered an issue with the driver’s side mirror. Pohanka fixed the issue quickly and delivered excellent customer service at all points in the experience. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them and would highly recommend Pohanka Lexus to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

I think it was about 15-20 months ago that Reza advised on servicing her GS350 during his first week's training as a Pohanka Lexus service advisor. I recognized then that Reza was professional and well-suited to the role, and today's visit was effortless. Quick sign-in, the service was completed as promised, customer lounges were clean and comfortable, I enjoyed a nice coffee, while getting some work done, and check out was quick and correct.
