I trade in my car for a 2012 GX460. They sold my car with the aftermarket that I had before I have a chance to swap it out, but they told they can't do anything cause my car had been sold. It was a seamless and VERY pleasant experience. Darryl worked hard to earn my business, was very patient, helpful and kind throughout the process. The sales manager Mike Wirth was also very nice to work with and both worked hard to make the price work for us both to where I felt I was getting great value for my vehicle purchase. I found the Lexus Warranty program to be the best in the industry based on my shopping experience, the vehicle is outstanding and wonderful to drive and the sales process was quick and painless making me eager to return for another Lexus very soon! I would strongly recommend Darryl and I even further enhanced my experience at Pohanka when I returned for minor service work and was treated like a VIP. Yolanda She is the customer service director and acts as a coordinator between sales and the service department. She was professional, efficient and highly effective in helping me get my car serviced within a day, loaner car was ready and waiting for me, and she had outstanding follow-through. It was unlike any dealer experience I had ever had and demonstrated the dealership's outstanding attention to customer service every step of the way. Lastly, I went to buy a bike rake for my SUV and Kevin and the entire service department was like a well-oiled machine! Polite, friendly and extremely helpful from start to finish.
