From beginning to end, our experience at Pohanka was great, largely due to our outstanding sales rep Mike Wattawa. Mike and everyone at the dealership is professional, friendly, knowledgable, and low pressure. Mike has the added advantage of a great sense of humor. The quality of the vehicles speak for themselves. Leasing terms were good, and the process was relatively painless. Also important -- we got a great value on both trade-ins. From the moment I stepped on the showroom floor I recieved full attention from Wesley and his colleague Tate Attia who also helped me with my purchase. Based on our conversations prior to my visit, they had my first vehicle waiting curbside for a test drive. I was able to try out a number of IS250, IS350 and ES350 models until I found exactly what I was looking for. Wesley was also able to drive and valuate my current vehicle (Infiniti I30) and give me the trade-in value within the first hour of my visit. Half expecting to make multiple visits back to the dealership before I found my next car, Wesley and Tate showed me over-the-top attention to detail and helped me find my dream car by asking all the right questions. They were also able to help simplify the financing/buying process for me by explaining in detail the financing options available to me from the dealership. Extremely happy with the car I was able to purchase, the guys connected me with Viktoria Piano in the financing department to finalized the buy. She explained my options, in depth, until I found financing terms I was comfortable with. She also explained each of the servicing options available to me and was knowledgable on each option. I trade in my car for a 2012 GX460. They sold my car with the aftermarket that I had before I have a chance to swap it out, but they told they can't do anything cause my car had been sold. Our experience with Pohanka Lexus was very satisfying. Everyone was helpful and friendly, while not being pushy. We were able to test drive the models we wanted initially; and once we decided on the ES S Everyone was helpful and friendly, while not being pushy. After we decided to purchase the car, Shane walked us through the paperwork, took us on a tour of the dealership and service center, and sat with us in the car pointing out the various features. Save yourself a heap of money and go anywhere else. The service agent was so crooked he told me, after I told him we'd tow the car elsewhere, that we would need a new battery from him before the car was towed, which is completely bogus. This is an extortion operation, not a service dept! More

Upon arriving to Pohanka Devin prompted greet my wire and I asked how he can assist us. We told Devin we were interested in a GX SUV. We took a GX for a test drive. Negotiations was fair and information was transparent. We works with Devin and Joe Brown (Finance) and stuck the right deal. I am a repeat customer albeit its been many years. However seeing Joe Brown again (he was the sales person that sold me my GS) and he remembering my family made the buying experience simple and relaxed. Joe showed us several options to finance our new GX allowing us to make an informed decision. Devin was awesome the day he delivered our GX. He was thorough in this presentation and knowledge of the vehicle. My wife and I love the GX and we feel good about our decision to buy a Lexus at Pohanka. Finally, Devin worked his schedule around my schedule. His flexibility shows his dedication to customer satisfaction.
