One of the reasons I have purchased so many Lexus' in recent years is that working with a Lexus dealer, particularly those in Madison, WI, and Scottsdale, AZ, is not like dealing with other car dealerships. I must say that I approached Pohanka Lexus with some trepidation. I simply don't care for high volume dealerships that seem more like the auto assembly line than a warm customer experience. Cesar Zebina altered my opinion. He came to me, kept me informed, and was patient with my demands for information. He was always friendly, courteous and always professional. As a businessman I understand the value of my time and his. He never really tried to 'sell' me, which went a long way in making the sale. I had to spend minimal time at the dealership; he spent most of the time working with me on which car and option choices, as well as delivery at my home. Cesar has sold automobiles to several of my neighbors and close friends and my wife and I will be added to the list of those who will recommend his service. I'm probably every car salesman's nightmare. I know what I want and any effort at moving me through the process at anything other than my pace will result in my walking away and looking elsewhere. Cesar did none of the things that can make the process unpleasant. If and when it is time for us to replace our other Lexus, Cesar will be our first call. More

"I'm just a nice guy trying to make a living". So said Mike Wattawa three times during a three minute conversation. Explosively. I don't know if he was having a bad day or not, but y living". My wife ordered a 2013 ES 350 in mid-September, knowing it would be at least three weeks before the car came in. She also ordered body side molding, which Mike didn't order with the car. And of course, when the car came in, it didn't have it. But that didn't stop Mike from pushing my wife to pick up the car, with the proviso that she could "bring it back in to get the side molding installed later". The molding wasn't even ordered until after the car was on their lot. Mike said he thought it would come on the car. Which it never does. In what must have been an effort to get Mike paid in September, the dealership showed the purchase date as 10-1, even though she didn't pick it up until 10-7. So the county will charge tax back to the first, not the seventh. When she picked the car up, Mike was careful to set the radio presets to the kind of music HE liked, without bothering to consider my wife's preferences. We sat in the car for forty five minutes, with the engine running and the AC on because Mike likes it on. It was about 55 degrees outside at the time. Really didn't need the AC. The car had three of the four valve caps it should have had. The side molding is crooked on the passengers side. There has been no follow up at all from Mike about the vehicle. Granted, it's a very nice car, but that would be the case with or without Mike. I'm sure someone could write that Mike was the best salesperson they've ever encountered . Unfortunately, we can't. I was talking with Dennis Mello a sales executive there and he was the best sales person I talked with in the dealerships I did inquiries. He was very polite, open for negotiations on the pricing, honoring my quotes and showed extreme willingness in getting that deal approved by his superiors. He knew how to balance the relationship between his managers and customers and did not waste a lot of time only on negotiations. He gave me the best deal and made all the other assosicated work with the purchase like financing and other related paperwork seem like a cake walk. Since I had good amount of information to support my asking price, he was very cooperative to work with me on phone and emails till I was ready to walk in for a purchase. There were no back tracking on the comitments made on phone when I reached there, and no funny surprises. It was as promised. Also, the Sales rep was kind enough to pick me up from my residence to bring to the dealership. I did not take me more than a couple hrs to finsh all my work there and be the proud owner of a Lexus CT200h. The finacing personnel was also very helpful and explained all the finacial terms correctly. What I noticed here at Pohanka was that If you had the right credt scores to qualify for the finacing, they would make it available to you without any excuses. Which means no excuses for having no prior, auto loans,housing loans etc on your name. I noticed it with other dealerships that once you walkin for purchase, if the quote offered is good, then they would hike the financing APR% even if you have a qualifying credit score with some unrelated issue. When I walked out of the dealership office, I was assured that the staff here definitely "work for the dealership and not for themselves", which I noticed in another dealership, and customer satisfaction is their primary goal. As a result, I am very happy happy about it! I found Pohanka Lexus dealership very true to commitments. Their service center is also very good and a very Lexusy treatment is provided to customers(I was given a tour of it as well). Lots of refreshments and a theater type TV room. I would certainly recomennd Pohanka Lexus to anyone and Dennis Mello as the best Sales rep one could ask for. Three Cheers Pohanke Lexus of Chantily, VA!! More

This is in large part due to the professionalism of Mr. Peter LeComte who patiently explained all the available options and arranged for a test drive in the vehicle. During the test drive, and subsequently when we took delivery, Mr. LeComte demonstrated the many features of the vehicle so that when we left we had hands-on experience with the controls and navigation system. Throughout the more than five hours he spent with us, he was extremely low-key and made us very comfortable with the buying process. The actual price negotiation took very little time as the original offer was in line with what I had expected would be the best price based on my online reading of other buyer's prices paid. The payments and car registration were handled most efficiently by Mr. Jimmy Zayed and we drove away with permanent plates on the vehicle. If you are in the market for a Lexus, it would be more than worth your while to see Mr. LeComte at Pohanka Lexus. More

He got me signed up on OpenTable, and Pandora. He was patient while I had to think of the passwords. Adilson gave me a wonderful overview of the vehicle and electronics system. Which is saying something, this new navigation/audio/climate-control system is amazing. I will highly recomend Adilson Gutierrez to any of my friends looking for a new Lexus. More
