Any question that I had about their products was answered in full and beyond making my understanding of their products extremely high. I ended up finding a lexus that I loved and with the help of the sales man, I was able to get a comfortable deal for me. The entire process was simple and easy, they took care of everything. They explained the entire process to me and helped me through it not leaving any detail in the dark. I was given complimentary gifts with my purchase which showed me they really care about the customer and not just the sale. While I was away on vacation, my mother met Mr. J. Lee of Pohanka Lexus, hoping she would get a used Lexus IS250 for me. Our credit wasn't that good, so when I got back, he advised that I should get a co-sig Pohanka Lexus, hoping she would get a used Lexus IS250 for me. Our credit wasn't that good, so when I got back, he advised that I should get a co-signer who has decent credit. He even cut $6,000 off the MSRP, in hopes of selling the car. I finally found a co-signer on Sept. 18. Although I was worried that the car that I wanted would be sold, Mr. Lee made sure that there would be a certified-used IS model waiting for me. Even better, and to my surprise, he had a 2011 Lexus IS 350 waiting for me. Not a 250! I was at first skeptical of buying the car because it had 28k mileage, but it was a 1-car owner, with a CLEAN carfax. The '11 IS-350 was practically a brand-new car with 28k mileage. I would like to thank him and Pohanka Lexus for getting me something bigger than what I've always wanted since I was a kid. By the way, he found my AUX cable and plugged it into the one in the IS-350 for me, hehe. I would recommend Mr. Lee and Pohanka Lexus to anyone who desires a Lexus. More

He really makes a customer feel at ease while exploring different models/styles and never makes one feel that they are asking too many questions or asking for too many test drives. He truly helps a customer make the right decision as he attentively listens and provides suggestions. I have been going back and forth on the car I bought this weekend for the last 2 weeks with him and he always had a smile on his face. I probably would have left for another dealership if it wasn't for his customer service. Now this deal would not been possible without Scott Brewer. Picking a car is one part of the purchase, getting the numbers right is quite another. Throughout the whole process, Scott was in constant conversation with me and understood my needs and goal. My family has been buying cars from Pohanka Lexus since we moved to the area almost a decade ago. We had a couple of experiences at other dealerships that, while they were friendly for the most part, they didn't seem to care to get our business once we did not express urgency at purchasing. After one purchase at the first dealer, we were beyond annoyed because not only did we have to wait what seemed like an eternity (with a five-year-old, at that), there were several careless errors on the financial paperwork that required us to schlep back to the dealership and wait and wait ... and wait some more. I was thisclose to just leaving the vehicle in their parking lot and just having my attorney send them MY paperwork in addition to a bill for MY wasted time. However, when we met Cliff at Pohanka one rainy Saturday, he didn't pressure or harass us and he treated us with the utmost respect - like family. We felt we had known each other all our lives by the time we had left there. Having been traumatized before with sitting in a dealership all day previously, Cliff promised us that he would be done with us in no time. Cliche remark, right? Typical of a car salesman, right? Well, it was gospel truth. He was very expedient and he made every move possible to ensure that our paperwork was accurate and done and our car was delivered sans drama. We are four cars in now and we do not go anywhere else even though we are now in DC and have to drive almost an hour to get to Pohanka. We even head to Pohanka for all servicing where the manager Kevin takes very good care of us. I can't get enough of them, they are wonderful beyond words. I could move to Timbuktu and would still head to Pohanka Lexus for my purshase and service needs. More
