Rip-off !! Be Prepared to be overcharged for work that is clearly not needed. I understand they are a Servicenter of aLexus dealership and they make their money off repairing things however I feel that I sho clearly not needed. I understand they are a Servicenter of aLexus dealership and they make their money off repairing things however I feel that I should not be ripped off, they told me to have my brakes fixed and four light bulbs so I would pass inspection after I paid for this came back in next day and they came up with a new part that was apparently broken which they had replaced less then eight months ago. I knew I was being milked. However it is a Lexus dealership I own two Lexuses and feel like I should be treated with a little more dignity and respect More
Had my 5K service few days ago. Did not meet expectations. Car was not vacuumed or cleaned when picked up. Maintenance reminders were not reset, emission inspection was missing and no one bother expectations. Car was not vacuumed or cleaned when picked up. My partner and are in the market for a new luxury automobile. We looked at BMW, Mercedes, and Audi so far. Lexus is a brand I want to look at so I suggested that we go to Pohanka Lexus because it is automobile. We looked at BMW, Mercedes, and Audi so far. Lexus is a brand I want to look at so I suggested that we go to Pohanka Lexus because it is close to where we live and I had heard good things about this dealership. So we decided to visit the dealership today in the pouring rain to look at the GS350 AWD and some other models with the hopes of test driving one today to compare the feel of the car to the BMW and Mercedes we looked at. The second we opened the door we were practically jumped on by Hassan as to what we were looking for etc. No, good afternoon how are you or how can i help you.......OK it looks to be a busy day so lets let that pass. We were asking him questions about the ES and GS sitting in it and i swear this guy kept shoving us toward the lowest GS350 AWD he had kept mentioning the price in a tone that maybe we couldn't afford the car. OK you don't know us and we are not dressed in our Sunday best, but aren't we being a little judgmental?? My partner and I take a few more moments strolling and looking at both the ES and GS in the showroom and now we decide we would like to take a test drive. I cant find this guy, where in world did he go? Someone tried to help us find him but no luck. A few more minutes pass and he appears in the showroom again. OK, so we approach him and he just gave us the most condescending "yes" I had in a long time. This was a yes, what do you want type of yes. Not that yes, may how can I help you? OK, my temperature is rising but we decide to press on and ask to see a loaded GS350 instead of the F Sport on the showroom floor. The response, "fine we have to go outside and see what i have" OK lets go. He goes out the door, doesn't hold it or ensure we are behind him. Grabs himself an umbrella, doesn't offer one to us to use. We dont have one with us and it is obvious, so i just grab one that was open under the canopy........sorry if took someones for a few minutes. Again, shows us a lot of attitude, and points us toward the base GS350 and is pained that he has to tell us he may have other cars on the other lot, but threw us the dear god don't ask me type tone. OK at this point, I am finished and so is my other half.......as he is looking at the cars and mumbling something we just leave. So all I can say is this was the first and last time I will ever go to Pohanka Lexus and someone needs a serious lesson in customer service. Now I will travel to Lindsey Lexus to see what kind of reception we get there and gee we might even get to test drive a car without attitude. More

I came into Pohanka Lexus to look around with my mother because she wanted to look at a lexus RX while my 2012 lexus ISF was getting serviced, I was asking for the finance department ( to get my ISF warran because she wanted to look at a lexus RX while my 2012 lexus ISF was getting serviced, I was asking for the finance department ( to get my ISF warranty transferred into my name) some of the salesman over heard and didn't come to help thinking i was the one trying to buy a car not knowing it was my mother looking for one. Sunseel was the only one to help me get my warranty stuff straightened out and then began helping my mother look for a RX, he was very helpful and my mother bought a RX from him and came the next day with my father and he bought a 2013 awd is250 from Sunseel and a few months later i ended up trading my ISF for the new 2014 lexus is250 F sport which i also bought from Sunseel. Last night i came in and traded my is250 for a 2014 rx350 which Sunseel helped get me into, so a total of 4 vehicles all bought within the last year all from Sunseel and all because he took the time to help us when the other salesman would not. I recommend anyone if you looking for a new lexus go see Sunseel, hes very nice and a straight shooter he wont spend hours playing games with you back and forth. My experience last night took all of but an hour and a half which i think is record breaking for getting a new car and id say an hour of that time was waiting for the car to be delivered and detailed and about 15 to 30 mins was paper signing. Thanks again Sunseel! I will be seeing you again on my next lexus purchase. More

My husband and I had been browsing the Internet for months for a great deal on a used Lexus GX 460. We found the car we had been looking for at Pohanka. We live about 3 and half hours from Chantilly. Albert Yawson, our salesman, worked with us over the phone. We were at Busch Gardens and were able to reach the right price and do all of the required documents over the phone and through email. It was pretty funny buying a car in between rides. What made this deal incredible is that Albert was sitting in my driveway the next day with my new car. Sunday morning at 8:30 with paper work in hand. Now that is a deal. It literally took about ten minutes to go over and sign the paperwork. By far it was the easiest deal we have ever made. I can not say enough about the attention we received. I would 100% recommend Pohanka Lexus and Albert Yawson! More
My wife and I had originally gone to Pohanka Lexus to have some service performed. While there, we visited Mr. Qui Nguyen from whom we had purchased two previous Lexus automobiles. He showed us a hybrid have some service performed. While there, we visited Mr. Qui Nguyen from whom we had purchased two previous Lexus automobiles. He showed us a hybrid car which had just been traded in on the previous day. We were anxious to see it because our Lexus 250H was a little too small for our needs. We liked what we saw and the fact that it remained in the hybrid family was important to us. Although we had no real plans to purchase a car on that day, we did exactly that. Our previous experience with Mr. Nguyen made it easy for us to decide that it was the right move for us to make. As I mentioned, we have now purchased three cars from Mr. Nguyen. He provides a very low stress environment in which decisions and choices can be made. My wife and I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the various models in which he deals. He has demonstrated ability to be sincere in negotiations and to go above and beyond in providing the very best outcomes for his customers. Mr. Nguyen was responsible for overseeing the entire process our previously owned Lexus was required to undertake in order to become certified. He provided additional "extras" which were not expected but were greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend (and have done so) Mr. Nguyen to others and we would certainly seek him out in the future for any vehicle purchases. More
