I came into Pohanka Lexus to view a specific model car, a car I saw online, and ended up purchasing a much better vehicle from Sunseel Kanagaratnam. After speaking with Sunseel for about five minutes discuss car I saw online, and ended up purchasing a much better vehicle from Sunseel Kanagaratnam. After speaking with Sunseel for about five minutes discussing my price range and style, he was able to find the car that was "right" for me- in ten minutes. WE both knew I was going to be driving away with that car. I've been to other lexus dealerships looking at the same vehicle, but the sales person was not able to "sell" me. I was consistently getting pressured to buy a more expensive car. Sunseel was attentive and provided me with great customer service, great prices, and was very friendly! He was genuine and straight to the point. The Finance Specialist, Alex, was also VERY helpful. They held my hand throughout the process to ensure I understood what my options were and that I was comfortable. Even though the initial person that I contacted wasn’t the same person that went on the ‘test drive’, but the transition was smooth. Sam Osta was very professional and insightful. Even though I wasn’t buying a Lexus, he did try to bring Lexus into the conversation a few times, but never really pushed me to strictly just go with Lexus. The best part was when I brought my wife and my twins in to finish up the paper work, Sam tended to my Twins out of pure nice gesture. At that point, I already agreed to buy so he didn’t need to play nice at all. His care to the Twins was very genuine and the attention he paid to me as customer was unmatched.
