Sressless service! I was visiting family in Virginia from Pennsylvania. My Lexus ES started having stalling problems. My brother recommended Chantilly Lexus. I took it there and my service adviser, Gianluca Ballin, explained what was happening and promised to have the problem fixed within 2 hours. Much to my surprise, it was ready when promised. Professional Service I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Emil Short in the Service Department. Despite a difficult repair, which took my car off the road for some ten d I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Emil Short in the Service Department. Despite a difficult repair, which took my car off the road for some ten days, Mr. Short was always helpful, kept me informed about developments constantly, responded immediately to my calls and was unfailingly professional. I like this dealership a lot. The cars are great, but so are the people. I'll ask for Mr. Short next time the car needs to be serviced. More

He asked for the VIN and pulled the service records before I appeared for service. He carefully reviewed the recommended steps to bring my auto to excellent condition. He is responsible for recruiting me to the dealership for service. Wonderful and professional experience. More
Worst service experience ever Went to pick up my car after having work done. I called six hours earlier and was told the car would be ready. When I arrived at the service departmen Went to pick up my car after having work done. I called six hours earlier and was told the car would be ready. When I arrived at the service department, they could not find the car or paperwork. After 45 minutes,they found the car and pulled it around for pick up. Got into the car to find that glove box was completely removed! I was not having any work done on the glove box or the dashboard. Delayed another 30 mins while the glove box was re-installed. There was no explanation for why this happened. I have purchased several vehicles from Pohanka Lexus and we pay a premium price for the level of service they used to provide and to which we have come to expect. This experience was such a complete failure that we will have to think long and hard before we return. I'm currently in the market to purchase another vehicle for our daughter. I'd be hard pressed to give Pohanka another dime. They used to be a quality operation. It's just sad now. More
