Sressless service! I was visiting family in Virginia from Pennsylvania. My Lexus ES started having stalling problems. My brother recommended Chantilly Lexus. Worst service experience ever Went to pick up my car after having work done. I called six hours earlier and was told the car would be ready. When I arrived at the service departmen Went to pick up my car after having work done. I called six hours earlier and was told the car would be ready. When I arrived at the service department, they could not find the car or paperwork. After 45 minutes,they found the car and pulled it around for pick up. Got into the car to find that glove box was completely removed! I was not having any work done on the glove box or the dashboard. Delayed another 30 mins while the glove box was re-installed. There was no explanation for why this happened. I have purchased several vehicles from Pohanka Lexus and we pay a premium price for the level of service they used to provide and to which we have come to expect. This experience was such a complete failure that we will have to think long and hard before we return. I'm currently in the market to purchase another vehicle for our daughter. I'd be hard pressed to give Pohanka another dime. They used to be a quality operation. It's just sad now. More
