Although I probably gave the sales people a hard time on occasion, they were quite patient. I was able to work well with them as well as carry on a competing bid process by phone with another dealer. After a week of research, visits to try out the car and visits to consider an Acura (ride too sporty and too much feel of the road for our needs) and numerous conversations with sales ,we came to a deal we felt was fair. And after all is that not the best you can hope for in negotiation? Mike and Albert were most understanding and, in the end, convincing. I recommend them to you. More

Service consultant Lagii Moore is always extremely helpful, caring, and delightfu I have been coming to Pohanka Lexus in Chantilly for some 18 years. Service consultant Lagii Moore is always extremely helpful, caring, and delightful to work with. She takes the time to explain all work and the charges. The Service Department is large and inviting, with waiting rooms with computers, large screen TVs, and massage chairs. There's a quiet room as well where you can work. The Service Department stresses QUALITY. The workmanship is always excellent, and fairly priced. More
