Very happy customer I have been a customer with a competing Lexus dealer until I came to Pohanka Lexus due to a flat tire. I was greeted by John who provided me with a sm I have been a customer with a competing Lexus dealer until I came to Pohanka Lexus due to a flat tire. I was greeted by John who provided me with a smile and a loaner car. I made it on time to my meeting and picked up my car on the way home. Over the years I have never had a bad experience at Pohanka Lexus while servicing the vehicle. I have never had a long wait for service that was not accommodated. They offer and will give a loaner car if necessary. Paul Hoffman was my most current service representative and he held true to the high standards set at Pohanka. He promptly addressed me and completely covered all the necessary items for the service. He kept me informed at every step. Paul is part of the outstanding service team at Pohanka and I will continue to take my Lexus there for service. More

Mitch Buster is my favorite Service Agent as he is very thorough and very honest. That is the most important aspect of customer service: performing only what is needed and charging only that is actually done. No hidden charges or fishy services. His boss, Kevin, is an awesome Manager who makes things happen here. Many times I have come here late in the evening because my work shift is very late, and Kevin and Mitch make it happen! Changed my mind about Pohanks I purchased used ES 350 with about 9000 miles. Ron Harris was my salesman and I may have been too critical of their customer service. I had complained of about the deal I got and thought I had been lied to about the car. Today Pohanka made it right with me when I brought the car in for the first service. A quick note, I am from SW VA where my car salesman became someone who I trusted and I have had a hard time figuring out Nothern VA car dealerships. Hard to find that "home town" feeling. Anyway, thanks Pohanka for changing my mind and I apologize for being too tough on your staff and Ron. More
Extremely Poor Customer Service from Dennis Mello I had a horrible experience with Pohanka Lexus - I spoke with Dennis Mello multiple times about getting the dealerships best deal on a Lexus NX300H. I had a horrible experience with Pohanka Lexus - I spoke with Dennis Mello multiple times about getting the dealerships best deal on a Lexus NX300H. He was unresponsive so we decided to purchase our vehicle from Lindsay Lexus in Alexandria where we felt like valued customers that were treated with dignity and respect. After repeated phone calls from Dennis 3 weeks later (we had already purchased our NX) about coming into test drive a vehicle (he also had no recollection of our conversations) I sent him, the sales manager and general manager an email about my experience he responded with: "With that said, I have to ask, did you really intentionally send this to the general manager of the dealership? Did my oversight really give you that level of dissatisfaction?...Now I hope it doesn't cost me my job." The audacity Dennis had to blame me for his job being on the line is appalling when he delivered extremely poor service to a potential customer and drove them to another dealership. I would highly recommend taking your service else where. More
