They sent me a quote for a car and when I said I wanted it they promised it was held for me. But they didn't send me a written confirmation. When I called back the next day to ask about that they told me it they promised it was held for me. But they didn't send me a written confirmation. When I called back the next day to ask about that they told me the car was a repair loaner, they couldn't sell it to me, and they didn't have any more of that model and trim coming in. Then to add insult to injury they wouldn't stop emailing me to ask if I was still interested in a new car, and that loaner is still listed as "coming soon" on their website. From the reviews I see I'm not the only person to have this type of experience. More
