It all worked out in the end..And I am happy with my new car This was my 2nd time purchasing a Hyundai and When I first came in I wasn't to happy with the service & one sales rep was being to aggressive and push This was my 2nd time purchasing a Hyundai and When I first came in I wasn't to happy with the service & one sales rep was being to aggressive and pushy, So i left, but My second sales rep Tomarra was awesome and she did a great job with getting me what I wanted at the price I wanted, explaining everything to me from price to what was featured in my car and made sure I was happy which I am. She was never pushy or aggressive at anytime and was also considerate of my time and didn't have me there very long and that was appreciated. I also had a time limit to purchase my car and she helped me meet the deadline. Once again Tomarra was great and I would come back to her and also refer my friends & family More

My excellent rating is for Chris Smith and his manager ONLY. However, my experience with the Service Department at this location was "poor." I give the service department from top to bottom a ZERO! That is why I traded in my OLD vehicle. Please improve your Service Department at this location! In particular, the customer service representatives working the front desks and answering the phones. they are unprofessional. They're impolite on the phone and in person. Chew and pop gum, wear flip flops to work, and sometimes no one is at the desk and customers are left waiting for service. I was also given the wrong set of keys that belonged to another customer's vehicle. The staff in the service department seem as though they don't want to work there. I will not take my new car for service at this location. Chris Smith in sales is excellent! I wish every staff member in each department provided the same level of pleasant and professional service! Unfortunately, with my bluelink I can only start the car, but I cannot stop or set the temperature remotely. More
