Unsatisfied customer I feel ripped off price wise. The dealership should have ran my credit ONCE and forward that information to the lenders. My credit score have decreas I feel ripped off price wise. The dealership should have ran my credit ONCE and forward that information to the lenders. My credit score have decreased tremendously because of the car buying process. I couldn't have went anywhere else if I wanted to, after that process. There should be new procedures in place for this. I should have not been charged a transportation/delivery fee. That should be a Pohanka business expense. I did not order a vehicle but selected one that was already on the lot. I have a plain Sonata V4, but was charged as if it is a top of the line of its kind. A SONATA? REALLY POHANKA? More
