Loving My 2016 Hyundai Sonata! I was Cora Jackson's first sale. She was extremely thoughtful, thorough and helpful in helping me find the vehicle that I wanted. Long story short I shopped around at other dealerships and the experience here was totally different, it was easy, I didn't feel pressured or hassled, we started off with my preferences opposed to what a salesman wanted me to drive, they understood that I'm young and don't have the best credit, they didn't go with the first bank that approved me and bargained for a better deal which made my experience with Pohanka Hyundai off of exit 13 memorable and enjoyable. So far I've already recommended my friends and family. More

However, there was a lack of communication between our salesperson and the rest of the people at the dealership. When we picked up the car, our salesperson was not there and had not informed anyone that we were coming, so our car was not ready. They quickly got it detailed, but it took longer than expected and they did not completely remove the decal of another dealership from the back of the car. More
