Pohanka Hyundai was a blessing to me. I got a pre-approved car loan from my bank. Mind you I didn’t do my research. I knew what SUV I wanted, but didn’t figure in the cost and fees before I got a pre-approved car loan from my bank. Mind you I didn’t do my research. I knew what SUV I wanted, but didn’t figure in the cost and fees before I went to the dealer. My loan wasn’t enough to cover the cost of the my desired vehicle. Kevin my sales rep showed me other options. I was determined to get leather seats and a sunroof. My loan did cover it. So I was disappointed and left. Kevin didn’t give up on me. He would send pics of new vehicle that came in. I still wanted what I wanted. Eric, his manager got involved to try to make it happen. I went back to the dealership. It was only 3 vehicles left. One was out of my price range. The other two didn’t have the options that I wanted. Once again I left feeling disappointed. Kevin never gave up. Kevin called me back. I went back this time Eric said I am going to do something for you I’ve never done before. He added the leather seats to one of the vehicle. Now comes my smile. I didn’t get both options that I wanted but I got one. First I thank God for his mercy and next I thank Kevin for his Persistence and I thank Eric for making it all happen.
